A great value
Pros:

It is a coin-operated laundromat inside the facility. Each load costs only 600 yen. Breakfast is among the best I have seen.

Great location, friendly staff! Great Stay in Naha
Pros:

Staff are very friendly and helpful, often going above and beyond. We rented a car and were able to park here daily (at fixed cost) which was super helpful as we were worried about parking. Location is very close to Nahas Main Street/market. We paid for the breakfast one day and this was great with both western and Japanese options. Rooms and bathrooms were very large and spacious.

Cons:

Rooms are a bit on the older side but well maintained and kept quite clean. Pool/Spa are similar, a bit older but well maintained.

Excellent location with clean room and good services!
Pros:

The hotel is conveniently located at the heart of Naha and there are many restaurants nearby. The room is clean and comfortable and the variety of choices at breakfast is excellent. It lives up to my expectations of a Hyatt brand and I would stay again if I come back to Okinawa.

Terrible front counter staff.
Pros:

Terrible customer service. Was made to wait in the lobby for an unspecified time period whilst staff figured out what a "Guest of Honour" award was and whether it could be applied. Decided to eat my food in the lobby since it was getting cold (I had got it to go and was intending to eat it in my room which was expected to be ready since I had come earlier in the day.) The same staff that had no idea what a Guest of Honour award was came by and scolded for eating in the lobby (which there was no prior information provided nor signages available that said such a thing was unacceptable) and made a comment that "This is not a restaurant." That extra comment was completely unnecessary as I had not put up resistance nor demanded to continue eating. This made for a terrible experience at Hyatt. Go at your own risk.

Pros:

Sista natten av 4 på Kerama-öarna spenderade vi här. Väldigt trevligt hotell med trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Middagen högst upp i hotellet var suverän och personalen väldigt bra. Rummet var stort och kändes lyxigt samt frukosten gav ett mycket brett utbud. Skulle absolut bo här igen.

Pros:

Great hotel situated near international street and pottery row. Breakfast buffet had incredible options. Close to a park to see moonset or sunset. Nice outdoor pool.
