The Breakfast :)
Pros:

Last time we stayed at Pacific Hotel for 2 weeks nearby airport in Naha Okinawa ( great hotel too ). Hyatt Regency on most recent visit ( we’re Americans ) was for 4 night stay. Great hotel as well! Buy the breakfast voucher :) Great breakfast. What’s cool too is if you desire instead their lunch buffet a portion of your paper food voucher goes towards lunch. Translation? Cheap and yummy lunch too :) Friendly, welcoming and professional staff. Literally a few steps away from International street. If you take the Yuri rail from Airport take it to stop #9. Do the google search of the McD’s on Dori st ( aka international street ). McD’s was are starting point 😂. Very nice McD’s by the way :) Hotel had comfy beds and very large glass enclosed shower area with tub with stand up shower. Because of the shopping and additional luggage we opted to take a taxi back to the airport. Their staff literally flag a taxi down for you. These are first class professionals in customer service! Thank you hotel staff Amazing Hotel. The taxi was very clean and professional driver. It was raining the day we left the hotel and the hotel has covered area for weather occasions that will occur etc. We also borrowed a luggage scale from the hotel to make sure no hiccups at check in with STARLUX Airlines. Great Airlines by the way :) . Our Son is stationed over there so even though this trip was short it was meaningful. We too during our stay took a short ride to one of sons favorite buffet spots. Visit Naha and especially Dori Street ( international street ).

Pros:

Location is central/prime and near the Pottery road. We enjoyed that they gave us champagne glasses and an ice container for our celebration.

Cons:

I was bummed to hear that I couldn't use my Hyatt Regency status in conjunction with a Booking.com offer.

Pros:

An extremely well appointed 4-5 star hotel. Very clean. Staff are courteous and friendly. Highly recommend. Will definitely stay here on my next visit.

A great value
Pros:

It is a coin-operated laundromat inside the facility. Each load costs only 600 yen. Breakfast is among the best I have seen.
