The maintenance & upkeep.
There definitely needs some maintenance for example the decking around the lower pool was in desperate need of some tlc the handrail leading to the infinty pool wasn’t secure or safe.
The sanitiser next to the lift on lower ground had mould on the top of it.
I love the swim up bar but every time I ordered a drink the staff had to make it in side then it was served in class so it could not be drank in the pool which defeats the purpose and lastly I’m sure it’s not any issue for everybody but there was no bacon buffet breakfast had a beef bacon and chicken bacon which was nothing like real bacon.

Good Area with good services
Pros:

I initially had some problems in my room. The shower head was squirting everywhere. They moved me to a new room, and it was too noisy, so I asked some of the staff to be moved back to the level that I was on. They thought this was funny and were sniggering and laughing to each other once I turned my back. This happened a few times, So I reported them to the Manager He was very apologetic and apologised for their behaviour and stated this is not what we do here. I have never had this problem in Bali before. The rooms were big and everything provided. I stayed on Level 3 which was up the back and very quiet.

Cons:

Good Bars around. Great slushie shop across the street. Shopping not far.

Pros:

The room was clean, the bed was so comfortable it was the best room and we had in Bali. The service was fantastic. The hotel had two amazing pools. I absolutely recoomned this hotel wished we stayed here longer.

Pros:

Centrally located on the main street but is not disturbing. Multiple grocery stores and spas around. The bed was huge! can easily fit 2 adults and a child if need be. Extremely clean hotel

Pros:

We came in with no expectations and found the rooms to be pretty comfortable and the staff were so polite and kind enough to cater to our requests! Location is really excellent, you're in the centre of most things in Seminyak and this deal was very much a bang for your buck so would absolutely recommend for an affordable and comfy stay!

Cons:

Rooftop pool could use extra lighting especially for those who might want to swim at night.
