Over priced for the service and location

It’s peaceful place to stay.

Reception staff friendly difficult to communicate as most of the staff wouldn’t speak English enough to understand the guests enquirer.
Breakfast wasn’t good the bread was at least one or two days old coffee from the machine was not good at all.

Pretty, comforting environment, great facilities
Pros:

The staff is helpful above expectations. I had any request they find a way to fulfill. The environment is very nice and pretty, the pool looks very nice. The rooftop pool connects to the bar so you can order drinks. The breakfast is very good, great selection, but nothing special - by bali standards. The location is good, several good restaurants and bars are close, the beach is not so far too.

Cons:

I can mention very few things. They play the same playlist of 5 songs at the pool every day which can be annoying. But when i asked them they shut it down for some hours. The other thing that in the rooftop restaurant some drinks you order are from the front restaurant, if you order they need to bring it from there and you need to pay after every order right away: however they promised they will work on the smoothen out the process

Wouldn't visit again.
Pros:

The bathtub was oke. The lobby looked good. The bed was good. The room was spacious.

Cons:

It was very noisy, could hear people talk, the house keeping while laying on bed. The pools didn't look so nice. The staff was not so nice at the reception.

Best resort such wonderful value and service
Pros:

OMG what an amazing experience the food and dancers we're sensational.
Our room was top notch all staff so so friendly. Resort so clean pools so clean great position in Seminyak.
