Pros:

Location: Seminyak- 10-15 min walk to the beach, lots of bars and easy access to food and transport.
Atmosphere: 30+
Rooms: Suite- No
Complaints, very comfortable, could do with extra storage.
Value: Good value for money.
Cleanliness: daily room service available.
Noise Level: Nil issues with noise.
Service: Staff polite, unfortunately a wait for food and drinks by the downstairs pool as has to come from a different area.
Amenities: 2 pools, gym and restaurant- hotel needs a bit of loving, as looking slightly tired in places… Good value for money though..!

Moldy Bathrooms, Overcrowding and Noise, but Excellent Staff
Pros:

The biggest disappointment during my stay was the bathroom. The bathtub and shower area are very old and covered with mold in many places. The shower fixtures are worn and poorly maintained, and the drain did not work properly, causing water to accumulate. The bathrooms urgently need renovation and much better maintenance.

Another issue is that the hotel appears to be a popular destination for large tour groups, particularly from India. This resulted in significant overcrowding throughout the hotel, including the elevators, swimming pool, and restaurant. The large groups also created a considerable amount of noise, making it difficult at times to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay.

Breakfast was acceptable and the dining area was clean, but the food selection was limited and became very crowded during peak hours.

On a positive note, the staff were outstanding. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. They deserve the highest rating for their excellent service and hospitality.

The bed was large, comfortable, and clean, which made sleeping enjoyable. The hotel's location is also very good, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and nearby attractions in Seminyak.

In terms of value for money, the hotel offers reasonable value because of its excellent staff, comfortable rooms, and convenient location. However, the outdated moldy bathrooms and the overcrowding and noise significantly reduced the overall experience.

The wonderful staff and great location are the hotel's strongest points, but the poor condition of the bathrooms and the constant overcrowding prevent me from giving a higher rating.
