Room was great. Being charged 3 times and having to wait for her credit.
Pros:

Location, friendly staff

Cons:

They charged my moms card twice and still shows a $154 pending on my credit card. Should not of taken 4 days to get the $154 credited to my moms card but they still have the pending on my card that I booked It with

Pros:

I liked the night shift front desk . She was very nice.

Cons:

I did not like the morning front desk . I needed change to wash and dry a load of laundry and all I needed was a dollar in quarters. She said oh I dont have enough change . But then had a whole roll of quarters but said she didnt want to break it because the next front desk person would need to count the drawer! Really who cares your job is to take care of your customers . It doesnt take long to count quarters. She was rude. Also the room i was in smelled like a wet dog .

Horrible, It was my wedding & I ask for a king bed💔😭
Cons:

Roaches in my restroom, I fell in elevator, no wet sign & the cabinet door in restroom fell on my daughter foot.😡

Good airport location
Pros:

Location was perfection close to the airport. Comfortable beds. A/C and hot
Water worked well

Cons:

Great location
Pros:

The staff ... front desk, housekeeping and maintenance were accommodating.

Cons:

No internet in the room. We had a day that there was no hot water in the room. We did hear that many of the guests didn't have TV. There was a fire alarm test done that we were unaware of. We were in the hotel napping at the time- a little notice would have gone a long way. There was a staff member that arrived almost every day with his music blasting around 0800 and when he was finished for the day he started his car allowing the music to blast while he and his coworkers would smoke cigarettes--- i find this VERY inappropriate for the parking lot of a hotel. The person in charge of the breakfast was almost demanding with attempting to obtain the breakfast ticket you couldn't even just get coffee without being confronted about your ticket.
