Pros:

10/10 Recommend! We got greeted by a sweet young man named Shawn. Shawn was very informative and helpful to us on our stay here. He was sweet and kind throughout our stay. The hotel was clean, room was comfortable and noise level was perfect. Love this trip especially if your going out with your family

Clean room,
Pros:

The room was clean, great location if you are going to Sea World or the other parks.

Cons:

The AC could have been better, it didn't feel cold enough. The breakfast needs to have options for gluten free vegans. I have stayed at other Holiday Inns and they had gluten free options. Also, they advertise the free shuttle, but we had to wait over an hour for one. The number you text for information on it lied saying they had to help a handicapped person and were running 15 mins late. When in fact the bus broke down and the driver had to go get another bus, which would have added another 45 minutes to our wait time. We ended up driving to Aquatica and paying $40 for parking. It would have been nice to use the shuttle service that they advertise.

Del 1 al 10 le doy un 6 tiene cosas buenas pero como estamos hablando de un hotel las cosas malas que anteriormente menc

El hotel es bonito, sus habitaciones son cómodas, el desayuno estuvo bien la ubicación es excelente

No me gustó que no tiene un buen sistema de aire acondicionado centralizado, sus zonas comunes como pasillos y ascensores son demasiado calientes y la habitación tenía una unidad que no era suficiente para mantenerla fresca, las toallas daban pena ajena ( adjunto fotos más adelante, había una cama sucia( fotos) y la bañera aunque se veía limpia tenía unos animales raros ( fotos ) no me gustó por estas razones
