Pros:

At my arrival and my room that was assigned to me wasn't that clean and byreturning back to the reception desk and explaining the situation and showing photos I was transferred from that room to another room which was polite and kind.

Cons:

I like the atmosphere 👌 and cooperation of the kitchen attendant they where polite and res
pectful, everything was great i enjoy my stay.
But the booking transport was very poor waiting a long time to get my ride to the hotel and going back to the airport I didn't get my ride 😕 🙃 I have to find a different source of transportation.

Booked for a day, didn’t want to leave.
Pros:

I was pleasantly surprised when I entered the hotel lobby. The front desk staff was courteous and greeted me with a smile. I knew from that instance, that I would have an exceptional visit. A couple things that stood out: the cleanliness of the hotel, including the room and the bountiful buffet.
