Our stay was awful and we will never stay there again.
Pros:

It was very close to Acquatica and Sea World.

Cons:

Someone entered our room when we went to dinner and left the door open. It was not housekeeping because they came that morning. The staff was very unconcerned. We did not feel safe and will never stay there again.

Family friendly and convenient
Pros:

Overall great experience. I appreciate the shuttle to the theme park. I also LOVED having a bunk bed, I’ve never knew this was ever an option but it great for families.

Cons:

I don’t like paying for parking.

Overall we had a great time and we’d stay there again.
Pros:

The location was great. Right next to Seaworld and we had some restaurants right in front of the hotel. Our room was spacious and the view was fantastic.

Cons:

The breakfast was really unorganized. People waited forever for their pancakes. The shower could’ve been a littler cleaner.
