Holiday Inn Express Kansas City Downtown

The location was great. Limited parking on site but easily accommodated with additional parking. Easy to find, very clean, very kind staff.

Great location to the T-Mobile Center, clean and friendly staff

Is was close to the convention center. I was able to walk to the convention center and plenty of restaurants close by. The hotel was clean and the staff were nice.

I loved staying here it’s super clean and the bed was very comfortable plus it’s walking distance from power and light. It was perfect and Lucky was the nicest person ever

Great experience overall. Front desk was very kind and helpful. They have restaurant/bar recommendations that were super helpful. Room was very clean, including bed and shower. 10/10!!!!

Clean and higher quality than any other holiday inn I’ve stayed in

Everyday I got good maintenance which was regular which I really liked. I always like they have all time coffee also. The room quality was really great and better than other holiday inn at other places.

I had a meeting in downtown KC and booked the Holiday Inn Express for convenience The located is well run. The staff is friendly and the facility is very organized. My room was ready and very clean. I will stay there the next time I’m in KC.

Permitame usar éste espacio para expresar mi gratitud con la ciudad de Kansas y toda su gente, experimentamos su gran organización, gente amable , qué decir del sistema de transporte. Nos hicieron sentir desde el primer momento muy bién venidos. Felicitaciones e infinitas Gracias..!!

UBICACION: Magnífica, estas cerca a todo..transporte, supermercado, etc..
COMODIDAD: La habitación y el baño son amplios, con todo lo necesario, su ducha y agua caliente, deliciosas, área de trabajo...Todo lo que necesitas después de una largo día de explorar esta linda ciudad.
VISTA: La habitación tenía un gran ventanal de extemo a extremo, muy iluminada y espectacular vista de sus magníficos edificios, el amanecer y anochecer muy lindo...
TRANQULIDAD: Estas hospedado en un lugar cerca a todo y al mismo tiempo muy tranquilo, totalmente silencioso, sin tráfico..
DESAYUNO: Magnífico, variado , sabroso, abundante, quedaras muy satisfecho.
PERSONAL: Muy amables, atentos y cálidos, en todas las áreas y dispuestos a colaborarte en lo que necesites.
CALIDAD PRECIO: Excelente

El personal era muy acogedor y las instalaciones muy limpias

I stayed here for one night with 2 colleagues and was met with the worst service I’ve encountered of any hotel.

They gave us a room key that did not work. Upon my colleague trying to obtain a room key, the desk associate stated his name was not on the room and he could not get a room key. After verification of knowing me (who’s name was on the room) and verification that his car was parked in their lot with a permit that was attached to the room they still refused to give him a key. Instead they called security and had him escorted out of the building.

The next morning when questioning why they would not mention this policy when both of us checked in together the morning prior they threatened to charge us another night for not “getting out of their hotel”.

An absolute disgrace of a business and a black eye to Holiday Inn. I will never be taking my business to any Holiday Inn again due to the garbage management and staff that this establishment has.

Congrats, you not only kicked a man out on the street but also lost a very valuable customer.
