Pros:

Coffee was hot, cinnamon rolls were hard. Kitchen staff were friendly.

Cons:

Loud guests running up and down 4th floor Saturday nights, slamming doors and yelling profanity then running down the stairs. Guest next door in room 425 yelling into his phone at 1130pm. Next day manager offered points to make up for the disturbance. Last night the exterior door from The pool was unsecured, told night attendant while she was wrapped in a blanket speaking with a man near her desk. She didn’t seemed too concerned.

We requested a change of room and it was granted pronto. Customer service pretty good.

The coffee pot in our room was not working most of the time. We had to ask for bathroom tissue, not enough supplies in bathroom.

Day 2 housekeeping really tidied up the room but I did leave a tip.

Cons:

The unfinished property; dust and plaster throughout; asked every night for extra towels since 4 of us; received only two every time. I’m handicapped and had to come to front desk for the extra towels; property did not have bedding for the pullout; again had to go pick up from from desk; guest could not see tv from sofa; no reading light by sofa; breakfast options were not accommodating but did not expect otherwise; all in all not impressed; same as staying at a red roof in for $55 a night. Would not recommend.

Overall, the stay was convenient with easy parking, but the breakfast, TV issues, musty odor, and overall uncomfortable
Pros:

One positive was that parking was easy to find both when we arrived and when we left. There were no issues getting a parking space, which was definitely convenient.

Cons:

The first day we went down for breakfast, the sausage was so overcooked that it was not even edible. We also had issues with the TV in our room, and there was a musty odor throughout the hallways. Overall, these issues took away from the experience and made the stay less enjoyable.

Planning to stay again with family i September. Hoping to see a little improvement in a queen suite.
Pros:

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Breakfast- was disappointing. Cheese omelet was not very good. Sausage was overcooked. Thankfully, the orange juice and cinnamon bun were okay.
Location- a tree branch almost completely hides the sign were the entrance is located. Hard to see the entrance at night.
Property- messy outside. Our room looked out onto all the junk piled up out back. Parking lot is quite small.
