Absolutely Pathetic. Save your money and peace of mind

Cons:

It was a 8x10 room with absolutely no place to even step a foot anywhere. You step right into the bathroom when you get down from the bed. It is super loud at night with thr traffic and people yelling all night long.

Zu kleine zimmer. Man kann die koffer garnicht drinne öffnen. Dazu ging unser kühlschrank/minibar nicht und konnten unsere Getränke nicht kühl halten

Nonostante gli standard delle camere in Giappone siano generalmente piuttosto contenuti, questa stanza era molto ben organizzata. Gli spazi erano sfruttati in modo intelligente e risultavano comodi anche per chi viaggia con bagagli. In particolare, era presente un'area adeguata per posizionare e aprire le valigie senza creare ingombro. Camera pulita, funzionale e confortevole. Lo staff è stato molto gentile e disponibile a qualsiasi richiesta.

APA hotel is located in Shinjuku area surrounded by eateries, family mart and other shopping areas.
The rooms are tiny and we were a little taken aback at their small size - but beautifully arranged and well equipped with all you need to make a room comfortable. We were there for 3 nights and were very happy with it.
The restaurant is 20 m away across the road, serving a good breakfast.
Just to note here are three of the APA hotels (nearly identical) located very close to each other, so the postal code is the key to identify the one you booked!

Phenomenal chain of hotels that are exceptionally clean, have friendly staff, and centrally located.
Pros:

Great accommodation centrally located a short walk to all Tokyo has to offer. Friendly, accommodating staff with one of the easiest check-in processes of our trip. Our room was exceptionally clean and the staff provided fresh towels daily when asked. Couldn’t suggest a better property if you plan to visit Tokyo.
