房間漏水影響住宿體驗，飯店應變能力有待加強
Pros:

離城山日出峰、城山浦港綜合客運碼頭近

Cons:

入住第一晚便遇到大雨，外出用餐返房後發現房間天花板漏水，且漏水情況相當嚴重，不僅滲透到床墊，連放置在房內的衣物也被淋濕。

向櫃檯反映後，約半小時才有工作人員前來查看。期間飯店並未主動說明處理方式，只提供另一間房的房卡讓我們更換房間。對於此次事件，最讓我失望的是飯店的應變與服務態度：

1. 看到我們多件衣物遭漏水淋濕，工作人員並未主動提供協助或解決方案。直到我們主動詢問後，才表示可協助洗衣，但飯店並無烘乾設備，只能提供曬衣架，實際幫助有限。
2. 我們約晚上9點回到飯店，直到9點半過後才取得新房間房卡。在更換房間的過程中，飯店並未主動協助搬運行李，只能由我們自行整理並搬遷所有物品。
3. 晚上約11點，我們好不容易完成換房、整理房間及處理濕掉的衣物，已經準備休息時，飯店人員卻按門鈴要求歸還原房卡，完全沒有考量住客可能已經就寢，再次造成不必要的打擾。

飯店的地理位置確實不錯，距離景點相當方便，但此次房間漏水事件所展現出的危機處理能力、服務細節及應變效率，仍有很大的改善空間。希望飯店未來能更加重視住客遇到突發狀況時的感受與需求。

Great choice to stay
Pros:

Good location, the sea view from a room, friendly stuff and they are extremely helpful (helped us a lot) , everyone speaks English well.

Close to the sea port and to Seongsan ilchulbong 👌🏼
