The staffs are very friendly, helpful and courteous.
The lack of facilities in the room. There are no electric kettle and microwave in the room. Should have at least some water bottle in the fridge or the room.The tub is small and shallow.
The moment I walked through the front doors I was greeted by Carl who was extremely welcoming. He was very quick and efficient at checking us in and informing me on the hotel’s amenities. He even helped ys switch the type of room we were staying in to better fit my family. He is a great asset to the hotel.
We found a urine stain on the mattress cover of the pullout couch. We did not end up using it and my kids were pretty bummed out

The hotel is in a beautiful location, and the property clearly strives to project an upscale image. Unfortunately, the experience falls short in the details.
For a hotel with more than four floors of guest rooms, providing a single communal microwave is an amenity level not even commonly associated with budget motels.
Our bed sheets had some blood on them, that I thought would have been noticeable to housekeeping. The bed itself was surprisingly uncomfortable. I think it was an attempt to be both firm and soft, but just like the pillows, did neither well.
The heating/cooling in the room was top notch and adjusted quite nicely!
Nice hotel with small restaurant, outdoorseating area around firepit. Free parking and wi-fi. Room Large, clean. Only complaint is the rooms are only refreshed after several days stay. I miss the days of hotel rooms bring done up daily. That was such a treat Gone forever no latter what hotel brand.
Someone opened door and walked into our room while we were sleeping in the morning. Never happened to me before and I travel a lot. No knock on door priort to entering if it was housekeeping.
Our room was not ready when we arrived. I asked for a discount but was rejected. No toilet paper in our bathroom. Breakfast time should go to 10am
Inky ststed one night as I was travelling for a meeting. Excellent stay, didnt have expections but if I had they would have exceeded them.
The campfire area is very pleasant.
The person staffing the breakfast area starts clearing things away 10 minutes before 10:00 AM; guests arriving for breakfast found that not all the food was available anymore. They should start clearing up after 10:00 AM, not before. Also, they should clean tables as soon as they are vacated, because it feels uncomfortable trying to sit down for breakfast when the area is dirty.
Unattended, constantly barking dogs left alone in the room next door for hours. Unsupervised kids playing hide and seek in the lobby right by front desk and no one said anything. The pool was so loud it set off a noise alert on my Apple Watch with less than 10 people in it. My kids refused to go in it was so loud. Filthy lobby bathroom at 6 am. Horrible customer service-spoke with three different people and not one could even offer an apology. Would not recommend and will never return.
Went for Epic Training and the staff was so friendly! Shuttle service to/from Epic and the airport was on-time and quite enjoyable!
The staff was phenomenal. I couldn't have asked for better service. We were greeted with smiling faces & all needs were met immediately upon request.
This was no fault of the staff by any means, we just unfortunately booked during a very busy weekend with multiple sports tournaments. The hotel was filled with unsupervised children running all over the place, food was taken into the pool, & the noise was constant until 10pm quiet hour. A guest on our floor had a loud, barking dog as well. Once complaints were made, the hotel staff did their very best to handle these issues.
My experience in the hodel was terrible. Make sure to use physical lock for your room when you check in this hotel. They assign unknown person in the same room and they get into my room while I am stay there. Put your valuable belongings to the locker.
