There is a serious problem, the solution to which failed due to the hotel staff's lack of understanding. In Multan, foreigners are only permitted to stay in hotels approved by the police (for security reasons). This hotel lacks this approval, yet it appears on booking.com. Booking is possible, confirmation is received, but check-in is refused at reception. Aside from being told to find another hotel, no assistance is offered. My pointing out that I have a valid contract and that they could gladly find me an alternative at their expense is rejected. My assertion that it is their obligation to mention this specific circumstance on the booking.com website (in the hotel description) is also dismissed. In the end, I am fortunate that the charge directly related to the booking was refunded to my credit card. The problem, which lies with the hotel, was not recognized as their responsibility. They referred to booking.com's obligation to disclose this information. They (the hotel) would not be able to influence the description.
Staff was very polite and it's a good place for stay.

location is in center of city and close to main markets and restaurants
breakfast was served with all cold paratha, eggs and tea. only three things in the breakfast in a name of Pakistani and continental breakfast.
if you reach at 10.30 then you need to wait for 30 mins atleast for preparation of breakfast .
No hot water in the night or after 10 am.
They follow the instructions i have given. Not to disturb me and keep the room very clean.
