No more this hotel
Cons:

The reception staff treated us very poorly. They asked for a deposit, and when there was an issue with my card, I asked them to simply charge an amount from the card instead, but they insisted on the deposit only.

After that, they told me they had to lock the minibar/fridge, and that I could not order anything to the room directly from the restaurant unless it went through the reception first.

We are staying in a five-star hotel with very expensive rates, so I honestly do not understand why customers are being treated this way.

On top of that, the hotel is far from the main attractions, and the service prices are extremely overpriced.

I will never repeat this visit again, no matter what.
