Pros:

The Achat Stern Hotel is centrally located in the heart of historic Bonn. It is tastefully decorated. I stayed in a double room which was spacious and very comfortable. Breakfasts were plentiful and tasty. The staff at reception were excellent and could not have been more helpful

Cons:

The Hotel needs to supervise their housekeeping staff more closely. Beds were not properly made and soiled sheets were not replaced. In fact- the beds were not made at all despite the fact that I had requested housekeeping service. Some of my clothes were literally thrown to the bottom of the cupboard in my hotel room which was incredibly disrespectful and showed a disregard for my property. Only very basic cleaning was provided in the room. Not a nice experience.

Cons:

Bad und Toilette im Balkonzimmer etwas eng und gewöhnungsbedürftig. Hat aber für einen Städtetrip und durch den "historischen Blick" nicht gestört.
