Great location and very friendly helpful staff

Staff were so helpful, great location to restaurants, shopping, transport. Room was excellent, well designed. Well organised and able to leave luggage.Would highly recommend staying here

Great location,we walked from bus station and to car rental
Pros:

Rooms a small but very efficient. Breakfast was very good and would used the common area to socialize. We walked to Buchanan Street and walked to Enterprise to pick up van.

Расположение хорошее, номера очень разные. Чисто. Завтрак отличный.

Cons:

Очень странная система оплаты. За все заказанных номера оплата по одному номеру. С нас взяли оплату за большее количество номеров, чем было в заказе и при этом когда в одном из номеров был ужасный запах, сообщили, что нет свободного номера. Вручили спрей-отдушку! спасибо, но это не решает проблему. Позже оказалось, что на простыни в этом же номере чёрные волосы. Принесли простынь и предложили заменить.
Когда написала, что оплату сняли на один номер больше, чем было заказано, мне прислали какой-то странный мейл с предложением прислать скриншоты оплату на мейл, который просто возвращали письма не отправленным с нескольких ресурсов. Это какой-то надуманный мейл?
Служба поддержки буккинг также не отвечает. В общем, не рекомендую, с этой путанницей никто не собирается разобраться.
