Pros:

This hotel was an absolute steal for the money! The room was extremely clean with a comfortable bed and shower, the breakfast was fantastic, and the staff were extremely helpful. I'd be happy to come back!

Pros:

The location and the comfortable room. The friendly and professional staff, particularly the lovely receptionist who checked us in.

Cons:

The noise of a very large lorry unloading in the lane at the back of the hotel, which went on for hours in the early hours and badly disturbed our sleep.
The fact that hand rowels were not supplied in the bathroom.

Good location, very clean, good common area. Definitely a nice place to say for a night.
Pros:

Great location just a few blocks from Buchanan bus station. Good common area, and very clean. People at desk were great, very clean, a nice bathroom

Cons:

Room not large, but fine for a one night stay

Pros:

Perfektes Hotel für ein paar Nächte. Es ist absolut sauber. Das Frühstück ist super.
Das Personal am Empfang einfach super hilfsbereit und freundlich.
Die Lage ist super zentral zum Busbahnhof, zum Bahnhof Queen Street und auch zur Einkaufsmeile. Es ist nicht die schönste Gegend aber man ist absolut zentral.

Pros:

The location was fantastic, close to everything in the city. The room was clean and comfortable. We got a good deal so excellent value for the room we got. Great for an overnight in Glasgow.

Cons:

Only issue was the tv not working well but it didn't ruin our overall experience!

Great location, feels safe, modern hotel with compact but clean and comfortable rooms. Staff very attentive and happy to chat.

Cons:

A complementary coffee (as no facilities in room) would be a nice touch. Late checkout is £25 which is disproportionate - some flexibility would go a long way to building customer care.
