El servicio buffet en el desayuno, la atención y en general la relación precio-calidad. Todo perfecto.
La infraestructura es de primer nivel.
Hay hoteles con una menor distancia del hotel al centro; sin embargo la realidad es que la ciudad de Tacna es muy pequeña y llegas rápidamente a cualquier punto en un taxi.
Un tema particular es que les falló el POS cuando quise pagar con Mastercard; al final mi esposa tuvo que usar su tarjeta Visa.
La amabilidad la limpieza y la comodidad
La atención del personal y el restaurant, todo lo que pedimos estaba muy bien preparado
El acceso a los estacionamientos está muy a tras mano y podrían tener visillos en las cortinas de la habitación para no quedar tan expuestos al abrir las cortinas

Minha segunda experiência com a rede de hotel e novamente não deixou nada a desejar, desde o atendimento até às instalações e café da manhã. Uma rede de hotéis onde não há surpresa desagradável.
