Location was good,staff were excellent. Clean comfortable room .
Not disabled friendly, no lift.shower wasent great,bit noisy,other residents allowing doors to bang.was really warm ,struggled with heat ,window wasent allowed to be used, so only had 1 to open,
Room was amazing
Second we have stayed, and no hot water in the morning, perhaps it's because breakfast is served between 7am and 9am and not enough hot water for those who don't want breakfast.

Lack of a lift
My room was very comfortable and the staff were very friendly, nothing was too much trouble. I stayed one night at the hotel and had a tasty cooked breakfast the following morning which set me up for my visit to the Isle of May - it was a big plateful so I didn't need much lunch. I also had fish & chips for dinner the night before in the hotel bar which also was very tasty - the portion of fish was a little smaller than you usually get but that was fine for me as I wasn't that hungry.

Menu needs improving too much chips etc not enough variety on menu.the Sunday roast was not value for money it was awful .overcooked and undercooked veg

No bath towels left on our second night
Stayed here for two days on a visit to friends, room comfortable very clean basic but clean staff very friendly.
Had breakfast and two evening meals just pup grub but very nice.. Also visited Edinburgh for the day train station nearby. Had a walk on the beach too.
