Great decor.
Nothing.
It's a beautifully decorated and resourced room. We were sad we were only there for one night. We would have enjoyed more time in the room. We asked for foam pillows and they were already in the room on arrival, so that was appreciated.

We mainly booked it for the pool unfortunately days after my booking, they informed us that the pool is unavailable which made the whole stay almost worthless because what our target was hasn’t been achieved.
The room was lovely
The roof top pool was closed despite only being advertised as closed on the 19th of June! The hotel then apologised for this and offered a free breakfast yet on the morning we went for breakfast the gas was off and we couldn’t eat! So we paid premium money for a hotel room with no roof top pool access and no hot breakfast I would appreciate a call and some money refunded
Sumeya made an extra effort to make sure I felt welcome and comfortable. She politely took the time to make friendly conversation with me at reception. When I had an issue with a loud noise in my room, she handled the situation effortlessly and relocated me to another room. Thank you so much and I look forward to staying here again.
Ended up in the King Street Townhouse after a completely disastrous experience in Malmaison (that’s a whole different story!)
Needless to say I was not in the best of moods when I turned up at King Street Townhouse! Fortunately that was very quickly solved upon checking into this gem of a hotel.
I travel worldwide a lot and in any hotel I feel the quality of the check in staff speak volumes about the hotel itself. In this case the lovely Sumeya instantly took all my stress away by very quickly sorting me out a room (appreciating by at this stage I was already half and hour late for my meeting!) and made me feel totally at home. She was even there with security guard Tom (also fab!) when I returned after my meeting.
The hotel itself is lovely it maintains a quaint boutique feel and my room was superb, big for a city centre hotel and really stylish.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and will definitely be staying again soon (especially if Sumeya is on duty!)
Good location
Room was very small. Bar was empty with zero atmosphere. Infinity pool was closed for maintenance and top floor was closed for a private function. I have stayed here many times but left feeling disappointed this time.
Beautiful room and bathroom; staff were lovely; gym was exceptional- probably the best hotel gym I’ve used!
The spa was incredibly underwhelming and I really disliked that you had to go outside the hotel to get to it
Bar area
Felt that it was a lot of money for the room. Not all facilities that you think you’re paying are available.
Location is great

I had the most perfect stay at this hotel for my engagement. They staff were brilliant at coordinating with fiance to make our stay 10/10 and bring his vision to life. They created the most wonderful environment right from check in, decorating our room, we had a gorgeous dinner there, all the staff were so friendly and helpful. The rooftop was the icing on the cake and the drinks in the bar were spectacular. Could not recommend it enough- special occasion or not! We also went to the spa and had a lovely treatment- robes and towels were provided, spaces in the spa were lovely and relaxing with plenty of space. Our masseuses were fantastic and very attentive to our bespoke needs. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom was gorgeous, with a lovely stand alone bathtub in the room what more could you ask for! We will be back for our anniversaries ! Thank you so much
