The location is convenient, the staff were friendly, and the room was clean and nicely decorated.

Cons:

Rooms facing the railway are noisy. Trains are clearly audible even from the fifth floor, so light sleepers should ask for a room on the other side. The shower door is clear glass, which leaves no privacy when sharing the room. The minibar is complimentary, which is a nice touch, but it isn't restocked regularly, even when you ask.

Not impressed will not return. I stayed a 23hours Copenhagen and it is a different story

Great hotel, but AC would have made a good stay a great one.
Pros:

The property is easy to get to from the main Bahnhof. There’s food and grocery nearby and there are other transit access points as well. The staff is helpful and friendly, and they even got the sauna going a little early for us after a long travel day. The rooms are lovely, and the shower is truly amazing.

Cons:

Switzerland has had a hot year, and on our arrival, in October, it was still unseasonably warm. There was no AC in the room, and leaving the window open at night to cool the room had us met with loud bars/clubs nearby and the trains that seem to run 24/7. Earplugs are a necessity, and a small fan made things a bit more doable.
