Acess to area resturants, easy and relatively close access to highways without being too busy. Very clean and well kept.

Cons:

Would have liked having a hot tub at this location especially after spending the day at the Natural Bridge Caverns. Hospitality cocktails need to have more options than wine and beer. Should include a least a small selection of classic cocktails such as Old Fashioned or Martini.
