A great place to relax.
Pros:

I have stayed at this property several times. I keep going back for several reasons it is always clean, the staff are always amazing, the breakfast is over the top and they allow pets.

We enjoy this location close to everything you need for a weekend trip when we go and visit family. Great places to eat when we meet up with family.

Cons:

I've stayed at this property a few times in the past. I can tell how badly the quality of room cleanliness has declined. The room has lots of dings and damages in the room. The most noticeable was in the rest room there is mold on the ceiling and a poor repair man job on the drywall. There was trash underneath the couch and the room didn't feel clean when you walked in.

We come here every year either once or twice a year. I would totally recommend this hotel.
Pros:

Very nice and clean hotel. The pool was great with lots of seating. The breakfast was amazing with an abundance of different food you can eat. Rooms were exceptional also. Clean and roomy.

Cons:

We arrived early about 12:00 and were hoping we could check in. They did have rooms available, but said it would be $50 an hour to check in early. They did let us check in earlier at 2:00 instead of 4:00.
We have checked in early before without any problems.

Pros:

The rooms were comfortable and quiet. We expected the hotel to be nearer to the downtown, but the location was quiet with several restaurants nearby. We found parking garages downtown with easy access and flat fees for day parking. The hotel amenities were good. All around, we were pleased with our stay there.

Cons:

We had some complications with the thermostat, but an engineer came up and explained how to make it work for us.
