location is great, the room was very good
The issue of parking wasn't explained upon arrival,
The hotel refused to accept cash, although never mentioned it in the booking process, it just stated that payment is upon arrival.
The front desk works only during certain hours, also the english of the person at reception desk wasn't great
TV in the room was small
Great clean room, comfy bed, close to bus hub which was handy for catching the bus to Eden park for the all black game for free
Dryer was incredibly loud
Proximity to the bus station was exceptional. Very competent staff.
