Very clean, modern and nice.
There was a bit of rubbish under the bed that I noticed when I was picking things up and also the room had no openable windows which is a little claustrophobic.

Temperature was a bit too cold, could not adjust the heatpump
Location was great for me travelling north early the next morning. Room was comfortable, although did take a long time to warm up after I arrived.
The late check-in didn't work and I had to ring the night manager and get her to come down. It took about fifteen minutes standing in the cold to get this sorted which was frustrating after a long day.
The staff were amazing. Very central and cleanliness was exceptional.

The responsiveness of the staff. And the set up of the two bedroom apartment was great although it would be good if one of the couches was longer for my 6ft frame when lying on it.
