Cleanliness
7.4
Mixed reports: many guests praise cleanliness, but recurring complaints about black ants at door/wardrobe and in bathroom, strong cleaning-agent odor and some cigarette smell in corridors.
Service
9.6
Generally excellent reception and helpful staff frequently mentioned (specific staff praised); isolated complaint about an inattentive night receptionist does not outweigh positive reports.
Location
9.7
Repeatedly described as excellent and convenient; many guests cite location as a primary positive.
Room Quality
7.2
Mixed to negative: some praise beds and daily upkeep, but mentions of old furniture, worn carpets, dirty sofa in a room, poor bed placement, hot AC and cramped bathrooms.
Amenities
8.3
Good lobby (coffee corner noted), parking and central AC available; some shortcomings such as limited breakfast seating/variety and unavailable extra mattress reported.
Value for Money
8
Mixed sentiment: several guests feel value is good and recommend the hotel, while a few explicitly state price is high relative to service.
Food and Beverage
7.8
Breakfast receives both praise (varied, very good for some) and criticism (limited buffet choices, few hot options, some canned items, limited seating).
Overall Experience
10
Many repeat guests and overall positive stays reported; comfortable, recommended by multiple reviewers despite specific issues noted.

Perfect choice for a seamless stay in Riyadh !!
Pros:

Clean and spacious rooms with great amenities. Staff was incredibly cooperative, welcoming and always ready to help.
Highly recommend!

Cons:

Language barrier at reception, as none of the staff spoke fluent English. They were very kind and tried their best to understand and assist us despite their limited proficiency.
