El desayuno y la piscina temperada

Cons:

Me hospede en el séptimo piso, parecía que no fuese parte del hotel en el pasillo habían puertas rotas, en la habitación había tierra y un poco de basura, en la noche hubo mucho ruido, incluso una persona se puso a gritar en el pasillo, aparentemente alguien que entró a trabajar.
Muy inseguro ese piso, vi que el resto del hotel tenía buenas instalaciones, me arrepiento de haber pedido un mínimo apartamento.

Me gustó porque esta en la parte céntrica de santiago y lo otro que tiene un muy buen restaurant de deliciosas comidas preparadas asi felicitaciones por eso

Cons:

Que el estacionamiento esta lejos del hotel ya que se encuentra en una zona peligrosa de la ciudad y además el tema de la mucamaca no respetan el no molestar y el aseo tampoco es de alto estándar

NO IR...El hotel dice ser 4 estrellas, más bien seria estrelladas. Habitaciones con olor a cloaca y agua estancada, nos cambiaron 3 veces y una peor que la otra algunas viejas sin modernizar y con aire acondicionado viejo que había que dejar la cortina abierta para que de calor. Otras con oficinas en el mismo pasillo de las habitaciones INCREIBLE...
El cable se cortó a la media hora de usar la tv y no volvió más. Esto todas las noches, al hacer la queja decían que ya iba a volver. En la cuarta habitación cuando nos bañamos se inundó. La ubicación de terror, pleno centro pero increíble la inseguridad de la zona, de noche no se podía salir por el riesgo de robo.
Ah y además para cerrar el desastre, el hotel es en una peatonal adentro de una galeria y nadie lo informa. Con lo cual tenes que caminar con las valijas desde el auto, que te deja a más de media cuadra.
Para decir algo bueno, solo el desayuno y la predisposición de los empleados. El resto un verdadero desastre. No ir!!

Cons:

Parking. If you are travelling with a car be aware they don't have a parking lot right under or beside their hotel. I guess they work together with a parking lot that is 2 blocks away from the actual hotel. That's only down side of this hotel.
