El desayuno cumplió expectativas y el personal también, muy amables y acogedores.

Cons:

Desde que tengo 7 años viajaba anualmente a ese hotel por competencias de danza, quise llevar a mi hijo a este mismo lugar, pero las instalaciones siguen estando con muebles viejos. No se han actualizado.
Ruido de maquinas trabajando durante el día (taladro).
Ubicación céntrica, pero peligrosa.

El personal muy amable, en recepción, restaurante y en piscina. Muy buena ubicación, con excelente conexión.

Cons:

Que estaban realizando arreglos en la calle y trabajaron hasta muy tarde, lo cual no permitió un descanso reparador. Las almohadas estaban muy deterioradas y la habitación tenía un olor a humedad.

第一次去智利出差，就在住这个酒店，它就在市中心，旁边就是总统府，治安还可以，很方便！对于中国人来说吃的很重要，酒店里面的早餐比较一般，但是附近很多中餐馆，太方便了，附近走10分钟也有中国超市，导航就可以找到，房间里面没有热水壶，我是自己带的，矿泉水也要自己买，很多国外酒店都是这样的。总体来说还可以，晚上也很安静！晚上外面不安全，所以晚上尽量不要出门！
