設備は最新
立地もいい

Cons:

スタッフの教育レベルが見たことのないレベル。
フロントに人がいない。
朝食開始時に誰もいない。朝食券を購入するのに、システムが動かない。団体客の朝食券が配られていなくて右往左往。
夜８時にフロントがいない。ベルも無く、読んでも誰も出てこない。

こんなホテルはなかなか見たことがない。

今回3回目の利用です
大浴場を楽しみにしています
到着直後、夕食後、起床時と大満足です
朝の食事もメニュー豊富でおいしかったです

Cons:

前回大浴場のドライヤーがリファだったので、今回は自分のドライヤーを持参しませんでした。そこが残念でした。
次回からは自分のを持参します
