Temple hotel is the best hotel to stay in Siem Reap

El hotel mas EXPECTACULAR en el que he estado por todo en general.
Pros:

EL hotel es espectacular lo mires por donde lo mires. Lo bonito que es, lo bien cuidado que está, el personal que se da al 300%, los servicios que ofrecen, el desayuno gourmet, la limpieza dos veces al día y 'por la tarde te tratan un detalle de picoteo, un cuento y previsión del tiempo. La habitación super amplia, el baño hasta con bañera de piedra, sales exfoliantes, cremas, los cócteles, masajes...Estaban atentos a todo. La ubicación y la seguridad con militares en la puerta.

Beautiful hotel, definitely recommend.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, lovely and green with plants and foliage. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was good. Very happy that they had nice gluten free bread when asked. We had a poolside room - very spacious with nice seating area outside.

Cons:

Slightly away from the main area, but not really a problem.

Very good, would definitely repeat!
Pros:

Very nice treatment from the girls at the reception desk (especially Justine), and the rest of the hotel staff. The amenities are incredible and we had a very nice and relaxing experience.

Cons:

We were a couple looking forward to a relaxing stay, but unfortunately, on two days, the pool (right in front of the rooms) was full of children screaming and splashing around from as early as 7 a.m.

We understand that the behaviour of a few ill-mannered children is not necessarily the hotel’s fault. However, the hotel may want to reconsider its children policy, particularly if it is aiming to attract a more adult-oriented clientele.

Pros:

La estancia en el Hotel ha sido fantástica. Su ubicación es perfecta, a menos de 10 min de la zona de mercados y ocio nocturno. La habitación es muy grande, espaciosa y cómoda. Muy confortable, completa de servicios. El personal es inmejorable, atento a más no poder. Cuidan mucho los detalles. Pedimos prolongar un poco el check - out y nos ofrecieron más tiempo del que pedimos sin coste adicional, lo que se agradece enormemente. El desayuno es más que completo, con zona de cocina para pedir huevos como quieras y platos locales. Y el desayuno que te preparan para llevar si madrugas a los templos está muy cuidado, puedes pedir bastante cantidad y te lo preparan en una caja y una bolsa de tela. La piscina una maravilla. Llegar del calor de la visita a los templos y disfrutar de un baño es una delicia. Un lujo de Hotel al que volvería sin dudarlo, con una relación calidad - precio difícil de encontrar. Muy recomendable para combinar visitas a los templos, descanso y ocio

I liked the staff, it felt like I was super welcomed and everything went smooth. We went to Siam Reap, the driver and the tour guide were so nice!!!

Pros:

Excellent place, hospitability and helpfulness of the staff. Miss Nat helped us many times and was of great service and kindness. All the staff was amazing, the location and facilities are perfect. It made our relatively short stay perfect. The pool and massage service is great as well.

Bien pero me quisieron endiñar una habitación inferior a lo reservado y me amargaron el 1° dia

El hotel precioso y las instalaciones preciosas. El personal muy amable. Desayuno espectacular.

Cons:

Al llegar nos decían que no aparecía la reserva porque somos genius en Booking y que no aparecíamos y que no estaba pagado lo cual no sabían explicarse y nos asustaron. Teníamos 3 habitaciónes superiores en planta baja con bañera y acceso a la piscina y una de ellas me la dieron inferior y decían que eran iguales, cosa que no era cierta porque yo pagué más por esa habitación. Tuvimos que pasar una noche en esa habitación con las consiguientes molestias de volver a mover todo de sitio y no me ofrecieron ningún detalle o compensación por hacernos pasar un día en una habitación inferior y me pareció un detalle feo.

Wonderfull stay
Pros:

Our stay at the Golden Temple was fantastic. This luxurious hotel is a paradise just steps from the center of Siem Reap. The extremely friendly and welcoming staff looked after us the entire time. They also looked for alternative options, especially for meals since we are vegetarians. I recommend trying their cuisine. The rooms and location are super clean.
We'll miss them!
