Pros:

The location was great for everything.

Cons:

The stairs were tricky for my friend who has mobility issues. This prevented us going down to breakfast.

Pros:

Lovely terrace at front with pretty flowers, nice place to sit although on quite busy road.
Friendly staff. Good value. Room small but perfectly equipped and spotless
It was very hot weather so appreciated the fan and pleased to be at rear of property so it was quiet from outside

Could hear occupants of other rooms more easily than I'd expect

excellent location, spacious enough room with a terrace (super), refreshing flavored drinking water at the reception (very good on hot days),

A Perfect Stay
Pros:

The Lensfield Hotel is never disappointing. I love the location for catching the bus to Heathrow. I arrived early to drop off my luggage and was pleased to find that my room was ready for check-in. The staff are friendly, the single room was comfortable and quiet. I stayed in Room 133 which is tucked away on the third floor away from any noise. It was perfect.

Cons:

Just a note: Some guests might dislike the lack of elevator. I always travel light so it's never a problem for me.

I would recommend this hotel for short or long stay in Cambridge
Pros:

Very cosy hotel, staff on the reception and restaurant was very friendly. The lobby is beautifully decorated. It was quiet in the room even with window open. The location is not central, but not far away from the city center. Couple of very good restaurants are close to the hotel.

Enjoyed Cambridge. Facilities were average. Some staff could be more welcoming.
Pros:

Central location. Clean. Warm.

Cons:

No lifts. Not asked if we wanted assistance getting our bags to our rooms upstairs. Grumpy welcome.
