The staff were very attentive. They answered every query with a smile. Comfortable bed and very quiet.
The stairs were a bit of a challenge as I need a walking stick, but that is a personal observation, not a complaint.
In a good location between the station and town centre. The room was clean and a nice bathroom.

The flat itself was good but the outside and entry was a let down wondered where we were going. It was situated 3 doors down from hotel.
Had to ask for tea towels and oven gloves so we could cook. No instructions or fire safety info

I've stayed at this hotel a few times now - I keep coming back because I'm always very impressed with it. I was a single traveler and stayed in double room, which had everything I needed. The bed was comfy, the room had both AC and a heater, and the staff were lovely. There was also very little noise from other guests. This hotel is a 5-10min walk from Regent Street and 15-20mins walk to the train station, which is the perfect location for me. It is easy to come and go with a card reader on the front door. If you have lots of big luggage be aware that some of the stairs/hallways to get to rooms can be a bit tight!

There was only 1 bedside table and light which was annoying
The buffet breakfast for £12 was excellent. Also in very convenient location.
Noisy plumbing and the bed was too soft.
