Sehr gute, sichere und ruhige Lage (Sicherheitspersonal wegen omanischer Botschaft in der Nähe vorhanden Tag und Nacht).
Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend
Waschservice für 50k, die Wäsche war am gleichen Tag fertig.
Ich durfte schon vormittags einchecken und habe sogar noch ein Frühstück bekommen
Es wird jeden Tag gründlich geputzt: sowohl die Schlafzimmer als auch die öffentlichen Räume
Jeder hat seinen eigenen großen abschliessbaren Schrank

Pros:

房间很宽敞，非常干净。微波炉冰箱一应俱全，非常适合与家人朋友一起旅行。老板非常热情，推荐的餐厅也很好吃。酒店出行方便，晚上也很安静，非常满意的住宿体验。

An overpriced private room in a hostel
Pros:

AC and fridge were functionig well. The room was clean and big. Bathroom was clean and functional

Cons:

The bed was hard and uneven, making it imposible to get a good rest which is a basic need of a gest, tourist. There was only one pair of already-used fabric slippers. On Booking.com the property was advertised as ‘Anvars guest’, so I expected guesthouse, but in reality it was a hostel. Outside the room, there was a tipical hostel environment with rather outdated things some of them quite worn out. Breakfast was consisted of eggs as the main dish along with some fruit and dry cookies for dessert. My vife coud not aet eggs and they did not offer her any alternative, so she practicaly went without breakfast. $51 per day was an extremely high price for this room.

A friendly, good place in Tashkent
Pros:

Very nice atmosphere. It is clean and there is a/c. There is a nice courtyard to sit in and they let you use the kitchen - they also give you a good breakfast. Anvar and his family live in the house, & they are friendly and the kids are sweet, so it feels like coming home after sightseeing. Anvar can arrange tours as well - I did a trip to the mountains with his relative Shukur, who was very pleasant and a good calm driver.

Pros:

Гостевой дом полностью соответствовал нашему ожиданию.
Кровати удобные, локация топовая, хозяин отзывчивый приятный человек.
Нам все понравилось. Мы попросили оставить чемоданы на несколько дней так как слетали в Самарканд, хозяин разрешил оставить, так же перед вылетом из Ташкента дал возможность отдохнуть на топчане бесплатно.
Семейным будет комфортно.
