Fint hotel, venligt personale, men forfærdelig sovesofa og dermed dårlig nattesøvn

Fint lille hotel. God beliggenhed centralt i Ljubljana i et stille område. Venligt personale. God morgenmad med et fint udvalg.

Cons:

Vi havde booket en suite med en dobbeltseng og en sovesofa til i alt 4 personer (2 voksne og 2 børn). Dobbeltsengen var god. Sovesofaen var så dårlig at sove på, at det er under al kritik. Man kunne allerede se det på madrassen, inden man forsøgte at lægge sig i sengen. Den var nærmest i 2 niveauer, så man lå med enten hoved/fødder 20-30 cm længere nede end resten af kroppen. Simpelthen så ubehageligt at sove på og ret skuffende at tilbyde dette til hotelgæster, særligt til den pris. Vi er ellers friluftsmennesker som elsker at sove i telt og shelter, men har alligevel aldrig oplevet at sove så ukomfortabelt som i sovesofaen på dette hotel.

Personel güler yüzlüydü, kahvaltısı iyiydi, oda büyüklüğü yeterliydi, otelin işleyiş sistemi iyiydi, check-in öncesi bilgilendirdiler, iletişime geçmek kolaydı, lobideki panoda günlük olarak festival için bilgilendirme bulunuyordu, check-out sonrası bavul bırakmakta yardımcı oldular. Konumu oldukça iyiydi, her yere yürüyerek ulaşabildik.

Cons:

Oda halı ile kaplıydı ve maalesef ki kötü şekilde ayak kokuyordu. Pencereleri tüm gün açık bırakarak kokuyu azaltmaya çalıştık. Yerdeki halıları kaldırırlarsa sorun ortadan kalkacaktır. Puanı kokudan dolayı düşürdüm çünkü katlanması çok zordu.
