Pros:

Os funcionários foram muito gentis e disponíveis para dar suporte mediante as necessidades que surgiram.
Localização excelente e hotel de modo geral muito aconchegante.

Cons:

O banheiro extravasa no momento do esvaziamento da banheira e isso não fica bom num local que faz muito frio.

Pros:

Lo mejor es la ubicación, te mueves a todas partes a pie, la habitación calentita y el piso temperado a pesar del enorme frío que había afuera, agua caliente de ducha muy buena, la atención de la recepción muy amables, volvería a ir... Lugares para comer en la misma cuadra, recomendable al 100
