Beaucoup de bruit extérieur et dans le couloir - odeur des égouts depuis l ascenseur , l entrée et même le lobby le petit déjeune plus que simpliste en réalité ce n est pas le petit déjeuner un hôtel mais d un auberge vu que qu il faut tout faire sois même !!

Close to all: Haeundae beach and attractions, Haeundae subway station, Mipo station for sky cable; 7-eleven across the street and CU in 1F.
Staff is helpful and friendly. Complimentary breakfast had the essentials to start the day. And my room had the view of Haeundae beach, waking up seeing it was refreshing.
The standard door entrance is not easily visible and recognizable with inadequate lighting as the reception desk is in 3F. A better signage for direction in the corner would help improve this issue.

We had the sea view room which was gorgeous. The location was great if you wanna go the sky capsule or go for a walk on the beach

Idealne położenie blisko głównego deptaka, plaży i portu. Pomocny personel, czysto, całkiem fajne śniadania. Z pokoju piękny widok na morze i deptak. Obok mnóstwo knajpek gdzie można dobrze zjeść. Bardzo polecam ten obiekt 👍
Jedynym mankamentem był brak miejsca na ubrania więc wszystko trzeba było trzymać w walizkach.
立地は海雲台の1番端っこな感じですが、海雲台駅からも海沿い歩いてそう遠くはないです。

bookingで予約して安い値段だったからか、オーシャンビューの部屋ではなかった。交渉してもbookingの安い値段だならダメだと。予約時にその辺の記載があれば良かったかなと。（オーシャンビューとか、そうではないとか）
景色は良かった
シャワーとトイレの間の仕切りはもう少し長さが欲しかった。
It's located at one end of Haeundae beach which was away from the crowd but still convenient enough to get around. The staff was very friendly.
Rooms are abit on the smaller side so if you have 2 medium size luggages, it may be abit hard to navigate around the room.
Se si desidera una vacanza al mare, questa struttura è perfetta perché si trova praticamente sulla spiaggia. La nostra camera con vista mare era davvero bellissima e ci ha regalato un panorama spettacolare. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche il caffè disponibile nella reception, davvero ottimo.
La camera non era ben pulita al nostro arrivo, con la presenza di capelli in diversi punti. Anche la colazione è risultata piuttosto scarsa e l’ambiente non sempre pulito e curato. Inoltre, abbiamo trovato il personale poco accogliente e non particolarmente cordiale. Se si va a Busan per visitare la città forse non è la scelta migliore, ma se l’obiettivo è il mare allora può andare bene.
