Great stay, great value for money.
Pros:

Location is great, close to public transportation and a few attractions. The Busan tower is literally two mins walk (climb the stairs).
The staff is kind and friendly. Convenient stores and restaurants around the hotel and within walking distance.
They even provide you with water, soda, snacks, and even skin care.

Cons:

The exit sign in the room is lit up and at night when all lights are off this sign is still on without the ability to turn it off. So you practically have light when you’re trying to sleep.

飯店位置很好，離南浦洞商圈近，每天都有提供水，樓下也有飲水機跟咖啡機可以喝水泡茶喝咖啡，有乾濕分離，只不過淋浴跟馬桶在一塊，浴缸則是另一塊

Cons:

房間燈光有點暗，如果要化妝會有點辛苦。一開始進房間沒有發現打掃阿姨把窗戶打開，雖然窗簾有拉起來，但是蚊子會飛進來，晚上會被吵醒

Very comfortable and relaxing stay from a friendly place
Pros:

Very cheap for the quality of room received. 12pm as the regular checkout time is very nice with options to extend to 5pm is extremely generous

Cons:

The TV for the room wasn’t working however was easily fixed very quickly by the staff

位置不错，距离釜山站也很近，附近有很多餐厅和便利店，公交车站走路三四分钟就能到

Cons:

采光不好，正面一整栋楼遮挡，全天光线很暗，另外房间内有些返潮，住久了会有些潮湿感，房间里也只有两个挂钩，挂衣服不是很方便

部屋が広い
冷蔵庫の中の水とジュースごフリー

Cons:

あまり隅々まで掃除されておらず、テーブルに汚れがあったり、埃が積もっているところもあった。
古い作りのせいか、お風呂が使い辛かった。シャワーはトイレの中にあり、浴槽は別にあるがシャワートップのホルダーがないため、あくまで浴槽使用。
冷蔵庫がぜんぜん冷えない。
古い建物なので仕方ないが、壁の汚れやキズが最初は気になった。

Enjoyed our 3 nights in Busan & the location of the hotel was great.
Pros:

Good location & easy to get to from the train station.
Nice sized room & clean & comfortable.
Close proximity to the fish markets.

Cons:

Hard beds like most places in South Korea.
No proper bath towels, only 2 hand towels each. Probably would not return because of that.
