Not 5 star hotel definitely - except prices
Pros:

Very good breakfast. Helpful staff in the reception and restaurant. Lovely view on the lake.

Cons:

Dark rooms with small window. Not skilled young staff - can’t say even good morning to guests. Very limited area. The outside area of very small infinity swimming pool is squeezed to 80-100sqm. Only one restaurant out of 3 is working. Te same menu. Extremely pricey. Price of the most of the dishes is per 100g! Swimming pool area and floating equipment needs cleaning. The most ridicules was that they have left vacuum cleaner on the corridor just by the corner for all time during our stay. It was easy to fall down.

Pros:

Hotel staff (reception, valleys, restaurant) were exceptional and the service was great. The hotelroom was spotless with the room service on point with fresh towels and refreshments. The restaurant was amazing with plenty of options of delicious food. Definitely worth the stay.

Cons:

It was a bit confusing to know which restaurant would be open for which day and where breakfast would be served. The receptionists were very helpful to point me in the right direction, though.

Gratuluję tak wysokiego poziomu w hotelu Heron 🫶
Pros:

Wejście do hotelu bardzo przyjemne, hol przejście do recepcji naprawdę coś pięknego i te samochody Porsche, ktoś to jest fanem motoryzacji to wisienka na torcie. Na najlepszą ocenę zasługuje personel. W żadnym hotelu w Warszawie personel nie był tak profesjonalny jak w hotelu Heron. Personel z Warszawy mógłby wziąć przykład z personelu z hotelu w którym mieliśmy przyjemność skorzystać. Również kuchnia bardzo pyszne dania, polędwica wołowa coś pięknego lepszej nie jedliśmy nigdy. Panie kelnerki również bardzo profesjonalne. Pokój bardzo czysty i przyjemny wystrój. Upominek w formie pralinek na wymeldowanie z hotelu również bardzo przyjemny gest.

Cons:

Jedyny minus ale to mały iż basen w środku obiektu był bardzo zimny a jacuzzi bardzo gorące, na zewnątrz było w porządku.

Miejsce piękne o wysokim standardzie. Polecamy!

Hotel przepięknie położony, z pięknym widokiem. Będąc na basenie można podziwiać piękne widoki co wprowadza w prawdziwy relaks. Obsługa jest bardzo miła i na wysokim poziomie. Jedzenie-zarówno a la carte jak i śniadania bardzo dobre. Super strefa spa, kino, kręgle, bilard oraz bar Miejsce z dużą klasą i wysokim standardem.

Jedyne czego nam brakowało to bar przy lobby.
