I made a reservation at your for my mother and aunt, both of whom are senior citizens. Given their age and the absence of an accompanying individual, I expressed my concerns to your team via email prior to their arrival. I requested assistance during their check-in process and, if possible, the provision of comfortable bedding. I was pleased with the prompt responses I received from your staff in the days leading up to their stay. My mother and aunt told me that the facilities were well-maintained and clean. They also appreciated the availability of a water dispenser for refilling their water bottles. They both experienced a restful and comfortable sleep, without any issues. They were satisfied with their overall experience at your hotel.

Pros:

Location is a plus. Close to Orchard Rd. Also eateries a short walk away. Staff also helpful and very friendly. Manprit,hope spelling is correct, always had a smile for you. Thank you for making my stay a very pleasant one. Have already told my friends about Oxley Thanksgiving Residence.

Cons:

I realise that the washing machine is quite old but it took soo long to do a wash and dryer still left clothes quite wet. I think that’s why there is a drying rack for you to use.

Pros:

The apartment itself was clean,spacious, comfortable, and exceptionally well-equipped.
Strategic, convenient, and well-connected.

Great service from the staff, special recognition to RK, the manager, who was incredibly responsive and proactive to find solutions quickly and ensure that guests had the best possible experience.

Overall is a comfort and wonderful place for staycation and business trip
Pros:

- Friendly and attentive staffs, especially Caden
- The common area clean and tidy that able to get
out of room to do some work and rest
- the well maintained roof garden, quite impressive
- the well equipped room facilities, kitchen, laundry
Ironing board, laundry stand etc
- free parking for my car
- room lighting good
- cabinets sufficient especially the tall cabinet
at the bottom able to house 3x 21” luggages
so that to keep the stay area clean and neat
- easy to get around for food nearby, about 7 mins
walk, pricing of food are reasonable at eating house
- easy to get grab services to fetch you around

Cons:

- the lightings at common area out of lift turn right to
our unit are off and slight water dripping from ceiling during our stay
- roof garden hot and a pity can’t go up at any hour
- car park is super dark without lighting

La localisation est centrale et pratique. L'appartement est grand, tranquille et confortable. La piscine fut excellente !
Mention spéciale au personnel de l'accueil, notamment Manpreet et Cayden, qui ont été très professionnels.

Cons:

J'aurais aimé des serviettes à main et un linge pour la cuisine. Nous aurions aimé profiter de la piscine plus tard que 20h.
