Pros:

I don't understand how an international hotel can have only one receptionist who doesn't speak English; otherwise, she tried very hard and was lovely, just like the hotel itself.

Cons:

The staff in the lobby bar behaved in a completely unprofessional manner. I have never experienced staff begging guests for cigarettes.

Es war sehr zentral.

Cons:

Große Baustelle neben dran, wo auch nachts gearbeitet wird. Das Personal an der Rezeption und der Bar sehr unaufmerksam. Sitzen nur am Handy.

Good hotel for business travelers
Pros:

Met all the expectations for a business trip to Bishkek. Rooms were clean and well equipped, wifi was reliable. There is a bar downstairs for evening drinks. Breakfast was a surprise, much better selection than other similar hotels where I've stayed. Hotel was reasonable walking distance from most appointments in city center, as well as tourist attractions.

Cons:

It's a bit on the edge of the city center, but still could walk to most places.

Hervoragendes Hotel für internationale Gäste
Pros:

Wir hatten eine Suite im 11. Stock mit toller Aussicht auf die nährere Umgebung. Das Zimmer war riesig - ich schätze um die 100qm. Das Bad war sehr edel ausgestattet. Leider war der großzügige Whirpool defekt :-(
Die Klimaanlage hat hervorragend funktioniert. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Frühstück perfekt.
