the room smells strongly of cleaning agents. The next of the hotel is conducting renovation. the noisy sound is terrible and the renovation still go on during Saturday and Sunday....

There was renovation work ongoing - was noisy while trying to have an afternoon nap.
Lighting was dim in the room where lights were needed.
Room smelled when first entering.
Could hear noise from the neighbors.

Location is good, just next to mall.

Cons:

Not enough parking. Charge for parking but only provide 3 allotted carpark for guests to grab. Or else you have to park at mall carpark which charge RM3 per entry and RM20 for overnight.
