ABSOLUTE DISASTER
Pros:

Due to these issues, the entire accommodation experience turned into a disaster.

Cons:

We had to book this property last minute after another reservation we had previously made was cancelled by the property. My younger brother and I stayed for two nights.
At check-in, they requested a 200 MYR deposit. Since our time in Kuala Lumpur was limited, we mainly used the place just to sleep.
After check-out, they contacted us via WhatsApp and claimed that the bed sheets and linens were covered with permanent blue stains. On this basis, they said they would deduct 160 MYR from our deposit.
However, when reviewing the video they sent, it was clear that these stains were not new. Despite this, they justified the deduction by stating that we had not reported the issue earlier. For example, during our stay, the room was full of ants, the curtains were heavily stained, and the window handle was broken. We did not report these issues either.
After an 11-hour flight, dealing with jet lag and very limited time in the city, we were trying to explore Kuala Lumpur and understandably did not inspect or report issues related to the room. Nevertheless, we were held responsible.
They unfairly imposed an excessive deduction from our deposit and caused us financial loss and inconvenience.

1st time di summer suites memang mantap!! Clean.. servis bagus.. harga masuk akal.. lokasi menarik.. tidak bising seperti regalia.. tidak bau hancing seperti regalia..

Near to Bukit Bintang and Hard Rock Cafe...have supermarket and eatery too..

Cons:

Can be more systematic as we need to wait for the person in charge to meet us and when we arrived the key is not in the locker and still need to wait for them to pass us the key.. and we need to wait for at least another 20mins before we can enter our apartment

蓮蓬頭已經很舊了會一直旁邊噴出水來
電熱水器不是很熱
入住需要押金兩百馬幣
我給現金但退房的時候他們不是給我現金
說三天後要用轉帳或是信用卡退回
等了一個禮拜多都沒消息
中途聯絡一直給我已讀不回
等了九天我才拿到押金
我不知道他們作業流程是什麼問題
但房間是沒問題就是押金這部份我看不懂
為什麼不退現金給我？

He tenido que alargar mi estancia por cancelación de mi viaje con Qatar Airways debido a los incidentes ocurridos allí y me han ayudado en todas mis preguntas y peticiones, haciendo mi estancias agradables a pesar de los contratiempos debidos a las cancelaciones de vuelos.
