Perfekt für Bahnreisende - aber nicht in Hitzeperioden
Pros:

Perfekte Lage für Bahnreisende, schöne Einrichtung und schöne Zimmer: schön renoviert und dem Stil des Hotels gerecht geblieben. Schöner Raum fürs Frühstück - auch die Möglichkeit bei gutem Wetter draussen auf der kleinen Terrasse zu frühstücken. Gute Möglichkeit das Gepäck aufzubewahren und in der Lounge auch nach dem Check out zu verweilen.
Grundsätzlich sehr gutes Frühstück mit Bircher Müsli, sehr gutem Kaffee, Lachs, gutem Brot und guter Käseauswahl.
Das zum Hotel gehörende Restaurant habe ich Mittags ebenfalls genutzt: gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis, sehr nettes Personal.

Cons:

Personal beim Check-In sehr freundlich, beim Frühstück eher teilnahmslos und gelangweilt.
Frühstück sehr gut - allerdings: großes Manko: keinerlei frisches Obst!
Auch wenn mehrmals darauf hingewiesen wird, dass das Hotel keine Klimaanlage hat: bei drei Tagen hintereinander bei 30 Grad hat sich der Raum so aufgeheizt, dass trotz Standventilator an Schlafen nicht zu denken war (Fenster nachts öffnen geht nicht: zu laut!). Leider eine Zumutung! Ich komme gerne wieder - auf nicht im Sommer oder Spätfrühling!

The fan was a big help! It was hot! the bed was comfortable, it was just warm. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean. Bathroom was very nice.

Great location with lovely staff, very clean, small rooms but all that was needed.
Pros:

Great location close to train station, sightseeing, trams and restaurants.
Small but clean rooms. Perfectly adequate for our needs. Elevator great for luggage transport! Staff very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Hot weather and no AC but did have large fairly effective pedestal fans.

Pros:

Розташування дуже зручне, біля залізничного вокзалу. Поруч є супермаркет. Також поруч фунікулер, звідки відкривається гарний вид на місто. Персонал привітний, можна приїхати раніше покласти речі до заселення. Номери гарні, великі і просторі, зручно.

Cons:

Було дуже спекотно, в номері немає кондиціонера. Сніданки мінімальні. Немає холодильника

Reception not helpful ask for help up stairs with bag no help carrying up and down found out on last day had a back door with no steps never mentioned Sister had a bag stolen from foyer no help or concern from staff not even offer to call Police ask for water after running the streets told to get from the bathroom next day after spending afternoon with Police not even asking how we were so disappointing quite shocked for a tourist place no compassion not even cameras to help never stay there again
