How about how do I feel about the Casino it don’t let you hit no more they used to let you play and hit but now theonly thing they do is take your money
Atmosphere is nice but never win
I enjoyed every minute and I promised myself to come more often. Believe it or not this was just a moments suggestion to come to the casino and we did not want to drive so we caught a CAB from 629 Longfellow St NW DC to the casino and it was worth every penny.
MGM National Harbor is a beautiful property with a great atmosphere, excellent restaurants, and friendly staff. I visit for entertainment, not as a serious gambler, and that’s where I think the experience falls short.
Compared with other casinos I’ve visited, it feels like you lose much more than you win, making the gaming experience less enjoyable for casual guests. The MGM Rewards program also seems designed primarily for high-volume gamblers. You have to play a lot just to earn minimal rewards, while new member and birthday offers are typically only $5 or $10, which doesn’t feel very rewarding.
I understand gambling is based on chance, but I believe MGM could do much more to make casual visitors feel valued with better promotions and rewards. If those aspects improved, I would be much more likely to return.

Dining is terrible, table limits are way too high fir casual enjoyment.
Atmosphere was fine. Maybe because I was there early afternoon, the experience was different. I played some slots and actually won! I hadn’t been there in a while. I expected a tad more excitement. It seemed in full operations mode. No real guest experience presence. Capably staffed I didn’t wait for anything. I think guest experience staff may have added the zing I was seeking.
Machines wasn't paying out that's my only problem otherwise everything was good
Parking is horrible cost $15 and long lines to get in and leave been going there since it opened and spent thousands of dollars there and nerve won an ymoney except a Live casino much better free parking and they pay a few dollars MGM is a total rip off I just go there cause I live near by and it is close.
We attended a concert at the MGM National Harbor and stayed over night. The venue was great and the room was nice. I recommend staying at this facility if you are visiting the DMV.
Great location near shopping and entertainment outside of the casino

Upon leaving , thinking I HAD COMPLIMENTARY PARKING AND NOT HAVE TO PAY.
I ended up paying to get out!! That’s not Complementary to me!

Room was a bit pricy but it was a nice room and convenient to the Jazz event. Well worth the value .
