Localizaçao excelente, porém alguns equipamentes do hotel precisam de muita melhoria.

Um elogio que precisa e é justo ser feito é para o rapaz que trabalha no serviço de café da manha. Se nao me engano o nome dele é HÉLIO. Trata-se de pessoa extremamente educada e prestativa, muito atento para agradar aos hóspedes.

Cons:

Fui a Maceió para realizar um concurso público e encontrei um quarto com uma PÉSSIMA ILUMINAÇAO, por isso caso vc vá para trabalhar e ou estudar nao é recomendável que vá para esse hotel. Além disso, em que pese o ar condicionado indicar 17 graus nao gelava nada, passei bastante calor, sem mencionar a internet que oscila mais que as marés do mar.

O hotel é maravilhoso! Perto de mercado, feirinha, restaurantes, pé na areia, etc. Quarto super confortável e café da manhã muito bom.

Cons:

De todos os hotéis da minha vida, nunca vi um check-in e um check-out tão lento. Check-in é às 15h ( o que ja acho absurdo), só liberaram pra entrar 15:40h. Check-out leva quase 30min para alguém ir ao quarto verificar se está tudo correto.
Tem muito que melhorar nessa parte. Horrível.
