Pessimo hotel, camera angusta senza vista
Cons:

La camera era angusta, arredata male e con vista orrenda su un tetto sporco. Veramente un posto triste. Per fortuna ci siamo stati solo una notte di passaggio per la Cornovaglia.

Pros:

The location is fantastic to the sea front. Great rooms and the facilities are very good. We liked the pool, steam room and sauna. Lots of choice for breakfast. Nice outdoor seating area for an evening drink. The parking was perfect too.

Cons:

Room was very warm at night even with the fan on. Shower floor a little slippy under foot.

enjoyable stay with nice spa, all facilities within walking distance.
Pros:

we had a superior room, asked for walk in shower which was provided.
no complaints about the bedroom or bathroom. clean premises all around.
breakfast had nice selection, my favourite was French toast with bacon,
dinner was very nice, but could do with more options changed daily,
i think there was only one option changed daily. All the staff were very well presented and courteous. Clean spa facilities.

that more dinner options were not changed daily.

Thoroughly relaxing and enjoyable stay, food and staff service excellent. Will definitely return!
Pros:

Breakfast excellent menu and food served hot /eggs served to perfection. Location spot on, near beach, bars and transport facilities.

Cons:

Only a small issue, it would have been nice to have easier to use soap dispensers in bathroom as only small amount dispersed each time.

Excellent location easy for access to the sea front etc
Pros:

Location is great, food good, free car park for clients.

Cons:

We booked 2 x deluxe rooms, one was good the other was a lot smaller in size. But clean.

Pros:

The hotel was clean and tidy,and very comfortable in the public area's.

Cons:

The bed room was very hot and uncomfortable to sleep. The room had fans but just pushed hot air around. Needs air-conditioning in summer desperately.
