Pros:

De um modo geral, tudo muito bom. Achei a cama "sofrível", isso poderia melhorar ok. A mulher que cuida da limpeza do 6º andar uma querida, muito atenciosa. Por fim, sob o ponto de vista ecológico a ducha gasta muita água, embora o banho seja reconfortante, penso que isso precisaria de ajustes. ok.

Cons:

Meu primeiro contato foi com um descendente de japonês, tentei ser simpático e o cumprimentei em japonês (embora fale meia dúzia de palavras nesse idioma), o rapaz se limitou a dizer: no que posso ajudar? Insisti mas ele não quis conversa e se limitou a ser pragmático... eu preferiria receber um sorriso com a frase: não falo japonês, ou ainda me perdoe mas não falo japonês... eu esperaria um breve sorriso e mais cordialidade ok.

Boa opcao na regiao.
Pros:

Ja hospedei-me algumas vezes no hotel. Quarto grande e comportável. Cama e travesseiros bons. Roupa de cama agradável. Banheiro com bom tamanho e chuveiro otimo. Estacionamento, pago, mas sempre ha vagas. Localização muito boa.

Cons:

Ha sempre algum vazamento do box para o banheiro, gerando poças de agua e causando risco de queda. Toalhas precisam ser renovadas ha tempos. Cafe da manha, apesar de diverso, decaiu um pouco de qualidade com o passar dos anos.

Pros:

Atendimento da recepção excelente, embora tenha fila, as recepcionistas são muito educadas e gentis. Tamanho do quarto é bom, banheiro tamanho bom, atende cadeirante, boa limpeza, quarto ventilado com possibilidade de abrir a janela, café da manhã muito bom, os atendentes são solícitos, excelente localização.

Cons:

Sinal da internet ruim, precisei fazer reuniões e an internet caiu várias vezes, os canais da TV também são ruins.
