Poco servicio e infraestructura por el valor que se paga
Pros:

buena decoración

Cons:

La pileta es muy pequeña y no está climatizada, a diferencia de otras de hoteles con menor costo en Barra da tijuca. Casi no hay servicios, es todo muy pequeño igual que las habitaciones.
Muchas cosas requieren mantenimiento urgente

Fizeram 2 cobranças, por erro deles, e até agora não retornaram e ignoram minhas mensagens.
Quartos antigos e cheios de ferrugem.
Muito barulho da rua, dificultando uma boa noite de sono.

Muy lindo hotel para pasar unos dias en familia.
Pros:

El hotel es muy lindo y está muy bien ubicado. Las camas son excelentes, y las habitaciones son de buen tamaño, con muy buen espacio de guardado. Está enfrente de la playa, en la parada 3 de Barra de Tijuca. Hay restaurantes, supermercados y farmacias a una cuadra. El desayuno es muy bueno . Tienen bicicletas para hacer paseos. El gimnasio es pequeño, pero tiene elementos básicos para entrenar. La piscina del 3 piso estaba en reparación, y habilitaron la del piso 12 con hermosa vista al mar. Es pequeña pero muy linda.

Cons:

Le falta un poco de mantenimiento respecto a mi visita del año anterior. Ciertos detalles como, control remoto, agua de cortesía, y elementos del desayuno había que pedirlos.

Solo la ubicación. Hotel muy viejo , instalaciones como el gimnasio que parecen un chiste de los chicas y viejas . Pileta inexistente . Instalaciones muy deterioradas en relación a lo caro que sale

Outdated and not maintained hotel.

The property needs serious maintenance and renovation. It is in a good location, but the conditions are pretty bad.

Cons:

Our shower leaked so much water that we had to put towels down the corridor. We complained, they did nothing. The door and wardrobe were rotten clearly due to the leak. We had to ask for towels and toilet paper. During breakfast they run out of coffee, mugs and cups. So basically, they could not provide the very basics.
