On the other hand, there was a delay at the buffet, so I had to cancel a quick lunch before leaving.

Excelente localização. Quarto com bom tamanho, varanda, bem decorado. Cama, travesseiros e edredom de alta qualidade. Chuveiro excelente. Shampoo, condicionador e sabonete de alta qualidade! Secador de cabelo potente. Funcionários muito simpáticos e educados. Café da manhã excelente!!! Muitas opções!!!
O carpete do quarto precisa ser trocado urgente, mas não foi algo que prejudicou a estadia. Uma reforma na área da piscina e aquecimento seria legal. A apresentação do Club Laghetto nao foi legal. Não vale a pena pelo voucher de desconto no restaurante.

A piscina estava em reformas e isso foi decepcionate pois parte da escolha por esse hotel se deu por causa da piscina.
Sinceramente la peor experiencia que tuve en mis viajes, sobre todo en brasil, llegue a las ocho de la noche y me dieron un cuarto que se suponía estaba limpio, bueno no, solo habia hecho la cama, lo cual dudo si no estaba usada y solo la habían estirado, porque el baño tenia todo sucio, olor a pis, la tabla tenia pis, lo habian usado ese mismo dia... pedi a una chica de limpieza que lo limpie solo para pasar la noche pero al dia siguiente no limpiaron ni el piso, habia semillas de naranja en el piso o sea que no, habiéndome quejado tres veces de que nunca lo habian limpiado propiamente... yo tome un cuarto nuevo y nunca hicieron una limpieza, imagínense si lo hicieron en una semana que me quede en el hotel? la recepción un desastre sinceramente , la unica que se hizo cargo de esto fue una chica al tercer dia, los demas un desastre, no volveria, hay hoteles mejores por menos dinero. sumemos que los últimos dos dias no hubo agua caliente por la noche en el hotel. me bañe con agua fria en invierno.
Todo impecable. El desayuno un 10. La habitación impecable. La ducha óptima! A la tarde pasan DENUEVO a ordenar la habitación y dejan chocolate y botella de agua. Detalles ❤️! La playa es cruzando la calle. A metros hay lindos bares y restos. Cruzando una plaza hay un supermercado y una farmacia. Todo Impecable. La gente muy amable y cordial. Eso sí…. Lleno de turistas argentinos! Jajaja

O quarto é maravilhoso tem uma cama enorme, e o banheiro então nem se fale, tem uma ducha maravilhosa e o café da manhã também é espetacular!!!!
Café da manhã, equipe muito solícita, localização excelente com mercado e farmácia muito logo em frente e restaurantes na mesma quadra. A camareira Silvia foi muito disponível e gentil ao organizar os horários de arrumação com base em nossas agendas. No geral, tivemos uma excelente estadia. Voltaria e recomendo!
A academia tem oportunidade de ser melhor, pra quem fica muitos dias hospedados acaba ficando um pouco limitada pela quantidade de variações que são possíveis fazer com os equipamentos disponíveis.
