The property needs serious maintenance and renovation. It is in a good location, but the conditions are pretty bad.
Our shower leaked so much water that we had to put towels down the corridor. We complained, they did nothing. The door and wardrobe were rotten clearly due to the leak. We had to ask for towels and toilet paper. During breakfast they run out of coffee, mugs and cups. So basically, they could not provide the very basics.

La habitación no tenía shampoo, acondicionador ni bolsa en el tacho de basura. En la recepción no nos ayudaron con el equipaje ni tuvieron en cuenta que iba con un nene de dos años. Me enviaron a una habitación ocupada lo cuál fue incómodo, en mí check in decía un número y me enviaron a la ocupada. El desayuno es caótico, mucha gente y haces fila para el café. Otro hotel más económico ofrece sillas para playa.

Muy lindo hotel, frente a la playa. El desayuno estuvo muy bien, muy completo, había de todo para elegir. El personal super cordial y amable. Las camas super cómodas.
Cuando cenamos en el restaurante demoraron una eternidad en traernos la comida y cuando llegó estaba fría. La piscina no es climatizada y cuando pedimos toallas no tenían. En el desayuno, hubo un día que no quedaban ni platos ni cucharas.

The hotel in general needs renovation. SO the prices we paid were slightly over what they should be.
La persona que limpiaba la habitación, Silvia, ella limpiaba y hacía las camas muy bien, el resto, no me gustó nada.
La verdad no me gustó para nada el alojamiento, instalaciones viejas, lleno de humedad, viejas las habitaciones, con distintas cosas rotas!! Pésimo! Verifiquen bien antes de ir!!! No es 5 estrellas NOOO!!!!
