Gute Lage! Sauberes gutes Zimmer! Gern wieder!
Pros:

Zuvorkommender, hilfsbereiter Empfang von einer sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiterin! Gute Lage, nah zu den Stränden, zur City, zum Bus. Tolles Bett, sauberes Zimmer mit Bad, Tee und Kaffeezubehör und Wasserkocher!

Pros:

Nice location to get around Newquay on foot and to get down to the beaches. Rooms are comfortable and affordable and we had a decent bed. I would stay again

Cons:

Street noise is a little loud and 5a.m the dump trucks were out collecting bottles, glass. It probably only happens every 2 weeks . Maybe a little extra glazing on the windows could go a long way to reduce outside noise.

Pros:

Very clean, welcoming place, and excellent location - great value for money, and they were kind enough to upgrade us to a room with a private bathroom when we arrived, that extra really made us feel valued and so I would use this place when visiting Newquay again. Very accommodating!

Was nice to get room. Short notice bed was clean and comfortable
Staff were helpful friendly and a delight to talk to

Cons:

Car park to far away from venue and no hair dryer in the room and other customers kids running up and down stairs apart from that all good

Staff. Excellent friendly very good staff.

The lodge doesn't have any parking.
It's very difficult to unload and load bags especially when travelling with family

Not bad, too expensive, more amenities demanded against that pay
Pros:

Centrally located, beaches and train station just a few steps away.

Cons:

Facilities in comparison to the price. Too expensive for its standard. I don’t want to take the name but I am a regular customer of famous English chain hotel which offers standard services with affordable prices. In fact, my children and my wife were disappointed to notice the standard beyond their expectations

Pros:

The location is perfect, friendly and helpful staff, lovely clean room. Great price .

Cons:

The only downside was the parking situation, but still carparks close to hotel, and the bunk beds were a little to high for our younger children.
