The staff were helpful and attentive, and the room was clean and well-maintained.

The hotel is located down a very narrow alley inaccessible by car, requiring us to carry our luggage. Nearby construction made the area dusty and noisy. Additionally, the breakfast options were disappointing: the selection was basic, the eggs were poorly cooked, and we weren't informed that items like bacon had to be pre-ordered. We ultimately paid to eat elsewhere.

This hotel was amazing! Beautiful pool and gardens, right in heart of Chiang Mai. Our room felt very luxurious, such beautiful decor. Staff were really helpful, breakfast was great!

Pros:

The size of the room was spacious and our room had a pool in close proximity. There was a shuttle to the airport upon departure.

Cons:

We stayed for songkran and went out about 2pm, we asked for our room to be made up and then we returned around midnight our door was left wide open. I reported this to the supervisor overnight but didn't hear anything back. This is a fundamental security issue and is enough to not return.

Pros:

スタッフ特にJimmyさんがチェックインからとても良くしてくれました。
grabを頼んでくれたり、プールサイドではかき氷やウェルカムドリンク、いたれり尽くせりでした。
ツアーも手配がスムーズだし、帰国フライトのキャンセル等ハプニングもネットで調べてくれてとても助かりました。
とにかくスタッフの方々とこじんまりした隠れ家の様なホテルで大変快適に過ごせました。ありがとうございました。

Cons:

特にありませんが、アメニティが人数分あると良いかな。あとハンドタオルもあると嬉しいです。
