Reservamos este hotel para una noche en nuestras vacaciones a Egipto y otra noche a la vuelta de ese viaje porque ofrecía servicio de Transfer de pago. La primera noche era llegada en domingo y no tenían ese servicio ese día, por lo que cogimos un taxi. Al día siguiente utilizamos ese servicio y nos garantizaron que cuando volviéramos, sólo teníamos que llamar y vendrían al aeropuerto a recogernos. Que el servicio de Transfer funcionaba de lunes a sábado cada media hora. A la vuelta llamo desde el aeropuerto sobre las 13 horas y me dicen que tenemos que esperar hora y media en Barajas o coger otra vez un taxi porque el conductor había ido a hacer el servicio de lavandería a otro hotel..... estábamos en pie desde las 4 de la mañana y veníamos de un vuelo de 5 horas, por lo que no podíamos esperar hora y media o dos horas más a que nos vinieran a recoger, así que otro taxi más. En total 65e de los dos taxis. Me parece fatal que ofrezcan un servicio DE PAGO y que luego no lo cumplan a pesar de haber avisado la semana anterior de la hora de llegada de nuestro vuelo.

Hotel cómodo e increíble pero muy caro para ser un hotel de 3 estrellas
Pros:

La verdad que la comodidad de la habitación.
Aunque creo que no es un hotel para pagar más de 200€ por noche, me parece un poco "timo"

Cons:

El precio es lo único que no me gustó

Muy bien excepto algún detalle
Pros:

Ubicación, la habitación en general y el parking gratuito.

Cons:

Aislamiento acústico deficiente. Se escuchaban todos los ruidos tanto de habitaciones como de tuberías de caída aguas.
El parking es accesible para personas de la calle a todas horas, cosa que no me gustó.

La comodidad de las camas, la excelente ubicación del Hotel y la amabilidad del personal.

Cons:

No puedo decir nada negativo del alojamiento, porque cumplió con todas mis expectativas.

Todo bien, hasta el restaurante para cenar fue espectacular

Cons:

Que parecía que hubiera bebidas de cortesía pero no venía nada donde notificara que no era así.
No es gran cosa, no pasa nada
