Owners manager and all Staff are very friendly !!

Ryan at check in was very accommodating and secured a handicap room as we were traveling with my elderly mother. Breakfast was solid and well stocked and clean. Where they fell down was follow thru. We simply asked for daily housekeeping to refresh towels and take out trash as with incontinence products they tend to smell. I was told it would be handled despite usual housekeeping of every other day. Text communication during stay also said it would be handled. It never was handled and at 11:30pm when we got back from family event we were handling it ourselves. Soap was empty, towels were dirty and garbage was over flowing. Communication afterwards said “we will make it right”. It has been weeks and further communication has stopped so I’m not sure how this will be made right. Just be aware that the texts during stay are just some bot who doesn’t really do anything. I usually prefer Hilton brand but I’d probably try Marriott in future for this area.

Upon check in we could not check into our room because the computer sytstem was down. It remained down for over three hours. We left and went sight seeing to kill time. When we returned the system was just getting back up. Ryan at the front desk and the female associate assisting him were both very apologetic and professional. Once we were checked in our stay was perfect. The facility was very clean and the entire staff were very friendly and kind. 10/10

We stayed here after our previous reservation at a different hotel was screwed up. They were able to get us into an accessible room as our daughter is in a wheelchair. We were there to get treatment at The Cleveland Clinic. Our daughter has chronic pain and has seizures that can be triggered by loud noise. She wanted to use the pool for therapy to float and relieve much of her pain. First night the pool was packed with a kids birthday party, she was devastated that she wouldn’t get any relief. Ryan was working at the front desk and he allowed her into the pool for about 30 minutes after close so she could get her therapy and pain relief in. He allowed her to do that several times and even called the room to let us know the pool was free earlier. Everyone we dealt with at this hotel was phenomenal but Ryan went out of his way several times to accommodate our daughter. She was so happy she was in tears when she thanked him. Totally will stay here again if we are ever back in the area.

The location was ideal for the plans our family had during this trip, the employees were very helpful and courteous even with my small grandchildren running around.
