Very organised
Pros:

Unbeatable location,excellent restaurant,cafe,speedy lifts,zippy,attentive staff,shuttle bus,large rooms,bathrooms,great view of Osaka Castle

Cons:

Wish there was an Onsen there,but they can’t be everywhere

Pros:

大阪城がベットから見え【pm12時半に消灯】カーテン無しで休みました。シャトルバスも便利でした。

Cons:

シャトルバス乗り場が、いまいち分かりづらいです。シャトルバスは、せめてpm10時台で有れば大変助かります。

大阪城が見える素敵な部屋に宿泊できました。
Pros:

大阪城が見えるお部屋を用意してもらいました。お部屋も広く、快適に過ごすことが出来ました。滞在階にコインランドリー、1つ下の階には電子レンジや自販機もあり、利用しやすかったです。滞在前後に荷物も預かっていただけて助かりました。

Cons:

良くなかった点は思い当たりません。予算に余裕があればまた滞在したいです。

また泊まりたいです
Pros:

電動車椅子の移動でしたが部屋は広く、ユニットバスは適度に狭く、湯船も浅くて使いやすかった。
間口は狭かったのですが、キャンプで使う様な伸ばして使う携帯の椅子を持って行ってたので大丈夫でした。

Cons:

最初対処してもらえなかったことがあったのですが、受付に事情を説明するとちゃんと対処してくださったので特にないです。
