また機会があれば利用したい
Pros:

駅前からホテル間のシャトルバスがあり、利用させてもらって暑さの中、助かった。また、アーリーチェックインを追加料金で利用できて良かった。

大阪城を目の前に見れるこのホテルは気持ちいいです。
Pros:

二回目の利用でしたが、朝食には今回も満足しました。ロケーションが良く眺望のいい場所での食事は気持ちいいです。JR,線、地下鉄へのアクセス良く満足しました。

Cons:

家族3人の利用で金額がもう少し安くなればいいなとおもいました。近隣のホテルと比べて会場へのアクセスで選んでますが金額で考えれば他の選択肢もあったのかと思います。

大満足。再度宿泊したい。
Pros:

大阪城公園がすぐ目の前にあり、散歩もでき　大阪城の夜景もきれいだった。部屋も清潔でバスルームも広い。朝食もいろいろ選べておいしかった。また　大阪城ホールも歩いて20分程度と近かった。

とくにはなし。

Had a great stay
Pros:

We had a beautiful view of Osaka castle from our room. Room was clean and spacious. A mall nearby and a church with daily mass.

Cons:

The walk to the train was a little long. They had a shuttle from the hotel, but didn’t ask how it worked. Only gave 1 pillow.

Very organised
Pros:

Unbeatable location,excellent restaurant,cafe,speedy lifts,zippy,attentive staff,shuttle bus,large rooms,bathrooms,great view of Osaka Castle
