The staff were excellent and made my stay very enjoyable.
The facilities at the hotel including an indoor pool were very good also.
I was not aware of any shortcomings at this hotel.

The staff were all lovley the room great bed comfortable all clean. We did have an issue with bad smell coming up from the wet room trap which staff did try and fix but it did still smell.

Hotel room was clean and comfortable. Facilities were good and we enjoyed our hot stone massages.
Breakfast service was very slow and unorganised. Ordered porridge and yogurt for starter I'd eaten my yogurt at least 10 mins before my husbands porridge finally arrived. Then they cleared our table then our toast was brought out as the lady said she was just bringing our breakfasts out 10 mins later still no breakfast, toast was sitting getting cold. Other guests that came in after us was getting served their breakfasts and still nothing until we had to ask for replacement toast and our breakfasts. I understand they get busy but when we arrived there was only us and another couple, then other guests started to arrive and they were eating their breakfasts before us, which didn't seem right seeing as we were having nothing different from them?? This is the only thing that let the venue down.
Everything! Location, rooms, facilities, breakfast was delicious and the restaurant food was great value for money. Staff were friendly and very welcoming.
Excellent breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The Spa was lovely especially in the heat, as was the air conditioning.
The evening meals choices were fine and tasted nice but were not that exciting. It would be nice to have some local seafood that is not battered.

The staff were all pleasant and very helpful. Hotel was clean in all areas. We didn't use the pool but we have stayed here quite a few times and it was great. Hopefully we will be back again and would highly recommend it to everyone. Cannot fault the place. Lovely breakfast nothing was too much trouble.
Everything was good
The hotel was quite basic but clean. Staff were, without exception, extremely friendly, helpful and cheerful. Our room was clean but basic. Comfortable bed, clean, fresh bedding but it lacked the 'extra touches' i.e. the usual range of toiletries, fluffy towels, decent toilet roll etc.. however, there was tea/coffee making facilities in the room, shower over the bath, aircon and so on. We paid around £124 for one night, which was a good price and totally acceptable. We had a table booked for 13 in the evening and the food was very good & service impeccable. Breakfast was a selection of cereal and cooked food. Delicious! We didn't use the spa because we were only there for one night but it looked rather inviting. I would certainly recommend this hotel for a short or overnight stay. In conclusion - a very good stay for the price we paid.
Not sure what to write in this section as, although I've mentioned lack of toiletries, better towels & toilet paper, plus lack of bottled water in the room, the price we paid didn't warrant these little extras so I can't complain about not having them as they were not reflected in the price we paid.
