Delightful and problem free.
Pros:

Breakfast was superb.
All staff were superb.
Pool was excellent.

Cons:

The mattress was somewhat lumpy and room settee was cheap and uncomfortable.

Excellent hotel
Pros:

A good night's sleep in a very comfortable bed. Tasty breakfast and a comprehensive evening menu. All food was well cooked and served promptly. Excellent leisure facilities for a hotel of this size. Without exception all staff were friendly and helpful. Free parking.

Cons:

Whilst this is not a criticism of the hotel the town itself does not offer a great deal. This makes the excellent offer provided by the hotel in food, leisure and accommodation much appreciated.

Stayed for a night on a short break. Wouldn’t go Caister again, as there is nothing there apart from a beach. So we were

Bedrooms were large and comfortable. the swimming pool and Spa were excellent. Large pool. Parking was good. breakfast was good.

Lovely and relaxing
Pros:

Breakfast good. Smoked salmon was a bit mean on my last morning but otherwise good. Also on our last morning I asked for a croissants and was told I probably couldn’t have one as they were for the continental breakfast 🤷‍♀️
