We booked a weekend stay to give ourselves a refreshing change and that is what we got.
Pros:

We had a lovely room with an exceptional bathroom ( large and spacious ).
The bar had an extensive choice and quick service , even when very busy.
The restaurant also had an extensive choice. We had 2 evening meals and 2 breakfasts -
the food was always beautifully cooked and presented.

Cons:

We were really impressed - exceeded our expectations - we liked everything.

A Really GOOD Hotel for business and personal travel.
Pros:

The Hotel was Very Clean the room was spacious and comfortable the staff were extremely helpful and professional. The breakfast was superb and freshly cooked. The restaurant for an evening meal recommended especial first night after a long drive. Easy free parking. A most enjoyable stay. An excellent Bus service into Great Yarmouth with a nearby bus stop.

Cons:

The swimming pool was very busy and more like a gym than a private hotel spa, It was still very good. The hotel lacks a quiet residential area where you can sit and read, there is a bar and restaurant but it was always busy with loudish music, also very nice but not a good place for a residents to just chill.

Great Hotel
Pros:

The exterior of the building and access are very disappointing but once you enter the staff are all excellent and can’t do enough to help you. The room was lovely and clean, although there are very few towels and no accessories. The breakfast was just excellent as was the evening menu.

Would we recommend this hotel YES!

Cons:

The outside of the building with a large tent really put us off as did the access from the main road, but once we were inside everything was great

Pros:

Everything, lovely hotel, good size rooms, clean, staff all friendly and welcoming and actually enjoy what they do, nice to have use of pool, sauna, steam room and spa tub at no extra cost, food in Branfords restaurant is excellent and plenty of it.
