Just ok
Pros:

OK property in OK location, trying to follow check in instructions, property is unmanned , is a bit challenging and took several phone calls, staff were trying to be helpful but links etc not working and took multiple attempts while we were standing outside in the rain

Nice location and good value for the money!
Pros:

The location is amazing, room size is decent, overall good value for the money

Cons:

There's a weird awful smell in the bathroom i think it's caused by humidity! Stairs were a bit annoying, couldn't open the window

Pros:

Place was easy to find. Exceptionally clean and smelt beautiful when we arrived. Shower was delightful with constant hot water and shampoo and shower gel provided. Tea and coffee facilities were a nice touch too as I wasn't expecting them

They didn't have any on site parking as advertised only street parking but there is plenty of free street parking around

Haunted House...

Cons:

The place smells musty; the carpet was dirty and the walls were paper-thin—you could hear everything from the next room. In the room we stayed in—the top one—the ceiling was low (my wife hit her head getting out of bed), and there was a skylight where pigeons walked around—it was completely covered in pigeon droppings. The mattress was horrible—a thin spring mattress. It’s a terrible place; it feels like a haunted house. We won't be coming back; thank goodness it was only for one night.

Cons:

The room had not been cleaned when we arrived. We were able to leave our bags and return later in the day but there were hairs in the shower and a used water bottle on the floor.

Pros:

Handy enough for city centre- about 15 minute walk. Smooth check in. Good communication

Cons:

Shower cold and wouldn’t heat. Very very warm room but couldn’t keep skylight open as birds were clawing at the window lol. Very noisy! Also we were on top floor and it was a big climb up lol.

Pros:

Eigenlijk niets.
Misschien toch wel dat mijn fiets veilig kon gestald worden.

Cons:

Veel te kleine kamer.
Smerige koer achteraan.
Het dakraam was defect en er kon niet verlucht worden.
Het is beschamend om meer dan 200€ te vragen voor zo'n kot omdat er dat weekend een folklore festival in Belfast plaats vond.

Cons:

Stayed in room 10. Room stunk from the bathroom, smelled like faeces. Dirt on the bed from the broken window. Window was broken did not open but was not sealed and large gap between roof and window. Could hear every single car that drove by all night long.

Muy desagradable.
Pros:

Nada

Cons:

Olía mal. A desagüe y humedad. La sábana estaba sucia. Había ruido. No había ventilación por una única ventana en el techo que no se abría. No había oscuridad porque la ventana no tenía persiana. Subimos varias plantas con el equipaje porque no había ascensor. No había personal con quien hablar, solo cerradura con clave.

I stayed with my family . I will suggest to people donot go there if you think stay with family .

Decent budget option for a night or two
Pros:

The price and location were good and the staff were communicative throughout the stay. Tea-making facilities and a hairdryer were appreciated options for a budget hotel.

Cons:

The bed was slightly uncomfortable and the place did look like it needed a bit more TLC and a thorough clean.
