Spend the extra money and stay somewhere else. The taxi driver was concerned for us when dropping us off.
Cons:

Stood out the front waiting for half an hour to be let in to drop bags off. It was only after another couple rang for a second time did they remotely unlock the door. Hot water took a long time to come through and no water pressure on top floor. Couldn’t fit in to the sink. PowerPoint in room on opposite side to bed, and very tight room.

I did not like how difficult it was to get in contact with a staff member. I eventually got through after about 13 calls and made a complaint about the noise and no one contacted me at all. It was just awful and the noise was next level and was unable to sleep. Elements of the room not clean like floor and surrounding areas. The smell as you walk in just hits you and I would not go near the kitchen it is another area that would need a good clean.

Pros:

In room was kettle.

Cons:

I dont know why people say smell good. They are wrong. All halway up to my room in 4th floor stinks. Toilet stinks as I call them said from drains and they trying to fix. Was note that not open window cus is broked. They need good clean and good renovation.

Pros:

OK property in OK location, trying to follow check in instructions, property is unmanned , is a bit challenging and took several phone calls, staff were trying to be helpful but links etc not working and took multiple attempts while we were standing outside in the rain

Nice location and good value for the money!
Pros:

The location is amazing, room size is decent, overall good value for the money

Cons:

There's a weird awful smell in the bathroom i think it's caused by humidity! Stairs were a bit annoying, couldn't open the window

Haunted House...

Cons:

The place smells musty; the carpet was dirty and the walls were paper-thin—you could hear everything from the next room. In the room we stayed in—the top one—the ceiling was low (my wife hit her head getting out of bed), and there was a skylight where pigeons walked around—it was completely covered in pigeon droppings. The mattress was horrible—a thin spring mattress. It’s a terrible place; it feels like a haunted house. We won't be coming back; thank goodness it was only for one night.

Pros:

Place was easy to find. Exceptionally clean and smelt beautiful when we arrived. Shower was delightful with constant hot water and shampoo and shower gel provided. Tea and coffee facilities were a nice touch too as I wasn't expecting them

Cons:

They didn't have any on site parking as advertised only street parking but there is plenty of free street parking around
