In the given budget not much more can be expected. Electric kettle and good supply of tea/coffee satchets is enough.

Mann muss wissen, dass in diesem Hotel kein Personal ist. Man braucht für die Haustüre und Zimmertür einen Code. Das funktioniert folgendermaßen: man bekommt eine E mail und man muss vorab einchecken. Dann erhält mann die Codes per Email. Leider hatte ich diese Mails nie bekommen. So standen wir um 19.00 Uhr vor verschlossener Tür und die Servicenummer auf der Haustür ist nur bis 16.00 besetzt! Gott sei Dank hat uns ein Gast herein gelassen. Im Hotel war eine andere Hotlinenummer vorhanden. Geschlagene 2 Stunden habe ich mit dem Servicemiterarbeiter telefoniert um den Code für das Zimmer zu bekommen. Die Kommunikation war schwierig, da Englisch nicht meine Muttersprache ist. Er war sehr hilfsbereit und schließlich hat es geklappt. Die Gemeinschaftsküche war schmutzig und die Oberflächen verschmiert. Auch das Geschirr und Besteck war nicht sauber. Das Bett war für 2 Erwachsene viel zu klein und man hatte Angst, dass es gleich kaputt geht.

This hotel is accessed with a PIN number. This was not received in advance. We had to turn up and call and wait. We were told we should have had an email to check in and get PIN. This didn't arrive and at no point was this communicated through the booking.com messages. There was no courtesy check to ensure we had all details.

This is an unmanned hotel. That would be fine if there weren't issues that had to be reported. We encountered various problems all of which we had to phone them for, leave a voicemail and wait for them to phone back.

We had 3 rooms for 5 people. When we arrived between us we had 3 hand towels, 3 bath towels and 1 bath mat. We called them about this. They did put 2 extra bath towels in 1 room but didn't correct the others.

There were Inconsistent tea and coffee supplies across the rooms. Some had tea, some had coffee, some had both but no milk. None of them had anything to stir the drinks with. There are soons in the shared kitchen however but no means to top up supplies. No reception or person to get the missing things from either.

The pump on a soap dispenser was missing or snapped off in one room. This was reported but not rectified.

One room had a leaking ceiling from the room above. This caused a dripping noise, presumably from a shower above. This went on a few times a day for an hour or more. This was reported but not corrected.

Another room had a partiallly blocked toilet. It would almost overflow when flushed. This was resolved.

The door locks were unreliable. They would not always lock and would just beep. We had to try a few times to lock the rooms before leaving.

One evening there was a loud noise under 2 rooms for over an hour. Load enough to vibrate the floors of the rooms above. This was around 8pm in the evening. This eventually stopped.

One room had a mouse trap behind sink which was worrying.

Outside the window a plastic roof has been put above a courtyard.

Cheap bedding and glum feel to the place

The room was tiny, barely able for both of us to move around. It was nothing like described.

The space to store clothing or items for 2 adults for 4 days was barely enough for 1 adult.

It was also very dark and had a stale smell.

We did not stay, immediately booked elsewhere.

Stood out the front waiting for half an hour to be let in to drop bags off. It was only after another couple rang for a second time did they remotely unlock the door. Hot water took a long time to come through and no water pressure on top floor. Couldn’t fit in to the sink. PowerPoint in room on opposite side to bed, and very tight room.

Checking in was a nightmare, in a pretty rough neighbourhood.

Outside needing cleaned..Rundown..Definitely not a hotel more like an H.M.O...Poor flooring laminate and vinyl..Found eyelash in bed..Shower head didn't stay up....

Nao tinha tialhas para banho, duche estava entupido nao conseguimos tomar banho

I did not like how difficult it was to get in contact with a staff member. I eventually got through after about 13 calls and made a complaint about the noise and no one contacted me at all. It was just awful and the noise was next level and was unable to sleep. Elements of the room not clean like floor and surrounding areas. The smell as you walk in just hits you and I would not go near the kitchen it is another area that would need a good clean.
