Pros:

Walking distance to places of interest

Cons:

Bad mattress, slept on top of the duvet. Clean towels smelled like they were dried next to a kitchen vent. Not very clean, odd bathroom smell. Street noise was quiet but internal walls paper thin, very loudly heard every neighbour’s conversation and movements.

Pros:

Great location, nice, quiet, and safe. I liked the tea and coffee making facilities in the room, shower was great, very efficient with instructions for door etc and good communication. Overall I would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

Only one small thing - the two small wall lights either side of the bed weren't working or at least I couldn't find any separate switch to turn them on.

Disappointing for the price but okay for one night
Pros:

The staff that we ran into were really friendly and helpful, location is close to the university

Cons:

The street is not the safest (especially for women), no toothpaste, the shower didn’t work the best (very low water pressure, water even stopped at some point before working again 10 min after), in general installations were a bit outdated

enjoyed the stay at 127 University street. Impressed with value and choice of food venues.
Pros:

The location was perfect, 10 mins drive to Belfast Harbour for my work. Plenty of variety for food just up the street 4 min walk. Parked rght outside the door.The room was large with ample space. The bed was really comfortable.Great value.

Cons:

Bathroon sink was a little bit tight to get access to at the side of the shower, sink is very small. hard not to splash everywhere when using it.

It was filthy, disguisting. There isnt enough adjectives to describe how awful it was.Smelly ansd musty. 10 floors to our room room. Lots of fire doors to navigate. The room was pokey and hot. It said 'Donot open window
It was in the middle of a heat wave. The shower wasnt cleaned properly. Therd was a smell from drains. The windows were dirty. Kitchen wasnt clean. There was a non functionimg dirty microwave. Dont expect to sleep. The walls are thin so everything can be heard. Bang,bang all night. Nothing to shade window so day light 4.30 is shining on bed. Everything about it has a shade of the night about it. Seedy, not fit for human habitation
The light on the hall way keeps going out very dangerous. I am not sure how if past fire regulations. Only one way out through front door or kitchen
If there is a fire on top floor, no chance of surviving.

Pas droit d'ouvrir le vélux car chambre située au dernier étage, sous le toit (message inscrit sur le vélux) et pas de rideau pour éviter d'avoir la lumière du jour le lendemain matin...

Doppelbuchung! Warte inmer noch auf mein Geld
Cons:

Ich hatte für eine Nacht gebucht. Bei der Anreise habe ich die Verwaltung angerufen, die mir mitteilte, dass die Unterkunft doppelt gebucht wurde. Man wollte mir den Preis erstatten. Nach mehrfacher Nachfrage warte ich nach über 1 Monat noch immer auf mein Geld. Die Doppelbuchung hat wohl technische Gründe in der Verwaltung, was wohl schon mehrfach vorgekommen sein soll.
