Pros:

Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενέστατο και το πρωινό την πρώτη ημέρα που ήταν μπουφές με πάρα πολλές επιλογές.

Cons:

Η πόρτα στο μπάνιο ήταν εμφανώς φθαρμένη. Το πρωινό την δεύτερη ημέρα ήταν με μενού με αποτέλεσμα να μην είναι τόσο πλούσιο όσο την πρώτη ημέρα. Το ξενοδοχείο έδειχνε την ηλικία του.

не е нормално в хотел с 4 звезди да нямаш комплимент минерална вода и капсули за кафе… прахче инстантно кафе е подигравка като комплимент…това си е стандарт във всички нормални хотели..

Всичко беше перфектно!
Pros:

Първо благодарности за това, че ни настаниха в апартамент, вместо резервираното студио. Второ - в ресторанта имаше двама прекрасни хора - дама и господих, които бяха на смяна на двете ни вечери и последната закуска, и които ни обгрижваха безкрайно. Сърдечни благодарности! И трето - храната беше отлична, което е много важно за нас при избор на хотел. Главният готвач и екипът му са перфектни, всичко беше много вкусно! Поздравления за целия екип на хотела, че се грижат гостите да се чувстват комфортно и обгрижени!
