I'd not stay this one again. I expect more from a 4 star hotel.
Pros:

location was good.

Cons:

There were worms in the shower. When we brought it to the staffs attention, they were noncommital when we showed them the video, which I would be happy to share. The breakfast was very over crowded with people waiting in the hall to get in.

Localização boa, quarto confortável

Cons:

Staff rude, já ficamos inúmeras vezes e nunca vimos um atendimento assim de ruim. Não tem serviço de quarto no café da manhã, e a comida do restaurante (room service) está péssima, alem de cara.

Falta de opções de bolos e pães veganos no café da manhã - alguns hotéis têm um bolinho vegano todo dia de manhã. Isso já faz muita diferença.
