Please note that each room can accommodate just one middle-sized pet with maximum weight of 25 kg (or 3 small-sized pets, as long as the total weight is 25 kg) at a daily surcharge of 70 BRL, which must be paid upon arrival. Hotel sujo, estacionamento é pago a parte/sem acesso ao hotel, e recepção grosseira.

Atendimento do restaurante impecável. Garçons e recepção do restaurante muito atenciosos e divertidos, tornaram o momento agradável.

Cons:

Ao chegar na recepção o funcionário Luiz foi extremamente grosseiro e ignorante, para começar. Após, o estacionamento, que é pago a parte, não tem ligação com o hotel e é preciso caminhar de lá onde tem vaga no segundo andar até a recepção com as malas em mãos, sem nenhum auxilio e em chuva. Além disso BANHEIRO SUPER SUJO, com rejuntes encardidos, ficamos no 1010. Péssimo! Me deu nojo! Tudo me desagradou, se não fosse o atendimento do restaurante... teríamos até denunciado por tanta sujeira e mau atendimento.
