El hotel es de tipo familiar y la atención es muy amable y dispuesta a orientar y dar soluciones. Se nota la verdadera preocupación por su imagen y la comodidad de sus clientes. Se encuentra ubicado frente a la playa y a una hermosa costanera con juegos para niños. A pocos pasos hay varios restaurantes de excelente nivel y variedad de productos. El Mall Plaza Arica está a pocas cuadras y se puede ir caminando. Las habitaciones, de buen tamaño, tienen todo lo necesario para una estadía cómoda. Hay estacionamiento en el lugar, cerrado y seguro. Pero la cantidad de estacionamientos es menor que la cantidad de habitaciones por lo que es mejor contactar previamente al hotel. El desayuno es bueno si bien no es de tipo buffet. El sector se siente seguro y se puede caminar tranquilo de día y de noche.
